All Saints Manor is located in the heart of Cockermouth, the gateway to the Lake District, and a popular choice for corporate groups looking for a productive yet relaxing break away from the office. It’s a stunning conversion, filled with traditional features but with thoughtful design and plenty of separate spaces for breakaway groups. The house is guaranteed to inspire colleagues and allow them to leave feeling valued and full of positivity.
The stunning circular dining table is a triumph, fantastic for everyone to eat together but also for a full meeting in the round. The large kitchen is ideal for cooking as a team although it is possible to hire in outside caterers for main meals. Lounge areas dotted about create lots of opportunities for less formal discussions and innovative thinking without it feeling like work. There are a number of large TV screens that can be used for power points and presentations.
Facilities at All Saints allow for continued dialogue at the end of a day’s itinerary. Sit at the in-house bar over a drink, chill out in the 8 seater hot tub or enjoy a friendly game of pool while mulling over new ideas and plans. The barbecue outside next to a seating area and firepit is another option for supper and marshmallow toasting.
All of the accommodation at All Saints is luxurious with elegant style features and occasional furniture. A mix of superkings, doubles, 4 posters, twins and bunks offers lots of choice and 4 bedrooms have en suites. 5 bedrooms are on ground floor, handy for anyone less mobile. Cockermouth is a pretty town, worth a wander around interesting little shops and good pubs of an evening. It’s also a popular area for keen cyclists and hikers with any number of Lake District trails for team building. All Saints Manor is also only 15 minutes from the coastal path and water sports activities. Just ask about outside providers who can arrange fishing, canoeing, abseiling or climbing.
