## About The Property

All Stretton Bunkhouse offers comfortable accommodation for all types of groups on a self catering exclusive use basis. The perfect base for families, groups of friends and those who enjoy walking and outdoor activities. Available for holidays and weekend breaks all year round.

There are 3 bedrooms in the bunkhouse; Synalds and Caradoc have 2 sets of bunks with each catering for 4 in total, and Novers has 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully kitted out for your self catering stay and has a table which can seat up to 8.  There is a shower and 2 toilets and a tumble dryer is available should your stay include any wet days.

Whatever your preference for enjoying the outdoors, there's plenty of choice in the immediate area for you to sample. The Long Mynd and Shropshire Hills offer easy walks and bike rides for those coming to relax as well as more demanding hikes, rides and runs for the seriously fit. There are local stables where you can book horse riding by the hour or day.

And if you don't want to cook at the end of a busy day, you are a 10 minute walk from the local pub, The Yew Tree, which provides pub meals at reasonable prices. Take away food can be ordered from the wide range of shops or restaurants in Church Stretton. And Ludlow is a short drive away, with a reputation for fantastic food outlets and restaurants, as well as an annual food festival.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Well behaved pets are allowed in the bunkhouse. Please let us know if they are coming.
- **Accessibility:** Our access statement is available on our website. The bunkhouse is up a steep track and there are steps inside the property.
- **WiFi:** Free WiFi available.
- **Kitchen:** The bunkhouse has a fully fitted kitchen, with cooker, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.
- **Dining Room:** Kitchen table seats 8.
- **Sitting Room:** There is no separate sitting room.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Not provided. Enjoy the peace!
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Underfloor heating is provided in all rooms. Extra hot water bottles available in the drying room.
- **Bedrooms:** There are 3 bedrooms in the bunkhouse. 2 rooms have 2 sets of bunks, the other has 2 single beds.
- **Linen:** Bedding, sheets and pillows are provided. We don’t supply towels but there are a few emergency towels in the drying room for those who forget.
- **Bathrooms:** 1 shower room and 2 toilets.
- **Children's Facilities:** Children are welcome to stay at the bunkhouse and games and puzzles are available.
- **Outdoor:** No private garden but easy access to over 54 square kilometres of fine walking and biking terrain, in an Area of Natural Outstanding Beauty.
- **Swimming Pool:** Swimming pool in the town of Church and Wild swimming available in Cardingmill Valley Reservoir - accessible from here.
- **Parking:** Two or three cars can be parked in the bunkhouse parking space; others in the National Trust car park.
- **Smoking:** The bunkhouse is a no smoking building.

- Open 365 days. One night stays bookable. Well behaved dogs welcome
- 20% deposit required, fully returnable if cancellation within 6 weeks of booking
- Please note – we do not charge different rates for bank holidays or school holidays. Same rates apply throughout the year
