At Altamount there are lots of features which we can tailor to corporate groups.

There are 18 en suite bedrooms sleeping up to 38. Splitting the super-king beds into twins will deliver 30 individual fixed beds for your group, these ranging from a few double sized beds, 1 four poster super-king and the rest as single beds. If needed there are extra camp beds available to place in the larger bedrooms.

Catering can be requested on a half board or full board basis. Meals are always created with lots of passion and prepared to the highest standard. All food is prepared from scratch on the day of service and, because we do not operate as a hotel or restaurant, can be made to your pre-order. Tea and coffee will be available all day when booking additional services - staff will take orders and provide refreshments to your group throughout the day.

Cleaning the property will be taken care of on a daily basis. This includes tidying common areas, clearing all crockery and glassware and washing up. We will also prepare the open fires and keep wood stocks up. Staff are also on hand to assist with any specific requests you may have - if you need someone to run down to the supermarket, or iron shirts, for example, no problem.

Business guests can enjoy the tranquility of the Manor and the rooms can be used as you see fit for breakout areas. For larger groups, where sleeping accommodation for everyone is not required, Altamount can seat up to 120 delegates in the function room. Equipment is available, including a projector and 50" TV for presentations as well as A1 white board and paper flip chart.

Facilities

Very large kitchen: dishwasher, glass-washer, 2 pizza ovens, 2 large fryers, steam oven, 6 ring burner, gas oven, 4 microwaves.
2 dining rooms, both can seat up to 32 people, both have open fires. The beautiful function room can seat up to 120 people for dinner.
Period room with triple height ceiling, grand piano, Chesterfield sofa set, gramophone, wonderful decorations, big open fire and 50" TV, sound system.
A music system is wired throughout the downstairs of house in the halls and common areas. There is a 50" TV for films and presentations in lounge.
WiFi is exceptional. Commercial set-up with every room having a hub, you can walk through building and will connect automatically to strongest signal.
Board games and party tokens are provided. There is no dedicated games room.
Brand new heating system was installed in Nov 2018. All radiators have thermostatic valves. There are 3 open fires as well a large wood burning stove.
18 en suite bedrooms for guests. Flexible mix of zip link, double and single beds. Additional fold up camp bed and travel cot available for children.
Beds are made up with bedding according to your bedroom setup request. Towels are provided (hand and bath towels) for each guest.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom facilities, so no sharing. Mainly showers, 2 baths. Additional Ladies and Gents facilities on the ground floor.
Wheelchair available for guest use, portable ramp, handrails in ladies and gents toilets.
High chair and travel cot + fold up 'Z' beds are available.
Courtyard area is an enclosed and private space. It is a sun trap and sheltered from wind. Front garden is big with patio, BBQ and lots of seating.
Local swimming pool is a 8-10 minute walk from the Manor.
Parking for 30-40 cars on site.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Underneath the Dovecote in courtyard and the Summer House at the front are designated smoking areas.
Pets are allowed at the property. Disclosure of pets must be made upon booking.

Location

This private estate is only 10 minutes walk into the town which has a large Tesco supermarket. 30 minutes drive from Perth or Dundee and 1.25 hours from Edinburgh.
Blairgowrie town centre is close to the property. All local services are adequate and it is very convenient having these at your doorstep.
Co-operative convenience store is a 5 minute walk along the main road.
We serve meals upon request at the property. The town centre of Blairgowrie also has many eateries, cafes and pubs.
