Ancora del Chianti is a country B&B in a farmhouse on the top of the hill with panoramic views over the valley of Greve in Chianti. The property is rural, tucked away and surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, but Florence is only 20 km and Siena 40 km away.

This country holiday house in Tuscany is also the perfect venue for art workshops (we can organise drawing and painting courses for your group), yoga seminars, company meetings, dinners and events.

Ancora del Chianti has air conditioning, underfloor heating and 3 large windows looking onto the garden and fields. Guest accommodation is in double and triple rooms with private en suite bathrooms.

Every morning we serve breakfast for our guests. On request we can also offer typical lunches and dinners served under the pergola in the garden or in a dedicated area. The chef can prepare traditional, vegetarian and Mediterranean set menus with local ingredients of the season, accompanied by Chianti Classico wine and olive oil that we produce at the farm. And we can organise visits to the farms for wine and olive oil tasting, for individuals, couples and groups.

The location in central Tuscany makes it easy for guests to visit the best of Tuscany's art cities, including Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa, Arezzo, Cortona; take the opportunity to visit minor and quieter historical towns too, including Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pistoia, Prato, Vinci, Certaldo, Colle val D'Elsa; stroll up and down the hills locally and stop in medieval villages as Greve in Chianti, Panzano, Radda, Castellina Castelnuovo. Plenty to do and plenty to discover!

The owners Laura and Filippo live at the property and they will be happy to meet you and offer suggestions and tips for the best restaurants, visits and activities in the area and assistance during your stay.

Facilities

A small kitchen is at guests' disposal with an honesty bar (wine, beer, prosecco, soft drinks). It offers a fridge and a small stove.
Breakfasts and meals are served on the terrace under the pergola or in a dedicated covered space.
Private spots in the garden with table and chairs for dining and relaxing outside.
No TV at the property. We encourage silence, relaxation, reading, wine sipping at sunset and contact with nature.
WIFI in common areas.
There is no games room.
All rooms and the venue is provided with heating.
The B&B offers double and triple bedrooms each with private en suite bathroom.
We provide bed and bath linen on arrival and changed every 3 days.
