Anglesey Beach House, Menai Bridge, Anglesey, North Wales

Sleeps 6 - 13 6 Bedrooms 12 Dining

Waterside house sleeping 13 with private beach access for family holidays and special occasions on the Menai Straits

Holiday Rental for Groups of Families and Friends. Anglesey Beach House, Menai Bridge, Anglesey, North Wales, sleeps 6 - 13 in 6 bedrooms.

Located on the Menai Straits, Anglesey Beach House has its own private beach and converted cave bar. Local pub just 200m.

The views of the Straits, the sea, Bangor Pier and Snowdonia mountain range are simply breathtaking and each room enjoys these with no 'short straw'. The property sits in an elevated position with a constantly changing scenery of panoramic views to admire, especially from the master bedroom which feels like a Captain's lounge on the world's finest cruise ship.

The house spans 4 floors and includes 6 double bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, plus nursery, that have just been renovated with features including limestone and underfloor heating. The rest of the house is styled with a traditional Victorian family feel and maintains a comfortable, relaxed and homely vibe.

There is an outside terrace with dining table, lounge seating observing the view, terraced gardens and pathways down to the beach. The beach is a shale with sea access and slipway. Walk along and enjoy the ancient oak trees, hunt for mussels, explore the cave that sits beneath the house and visit the waterfall. Set up a fishing line or simply relax in the sun with a cold beer in the deckchairs and watch the boats sail by.

The house features a lounge with fireplace, formal dining room, kitchen and breakfast room, 6 bedrooms and bathrooms plus baby / toddler nursery. Entertainment facilities include Sonos sound system, WiFi and Smart TV, and there's a vintage billiards table for a game or two as well. We are dog friendly by request, with up to 2 medium well behaved dogs welcome.

The Beach House is located on 'Millionaire's Row' close to Menai Bridge and Beaumaris with its bars, restaurants and shops (including Waitrose), and with easy access to the A55 expressway - all making this one of the best areas of Anglesey. The fantastic pub 'The Gazelle' is just 200m from the house and the garden path takes you there!

Adventure enthusiasts will love the cycling, climbing, nature watching, zip wires, watersports, walking, hiking or tasting local produce - there is an abundance of things to do here. Or simply light the fire and stay in with a deck of cards!
