The house can cater for up to 12 and has six rooms including a double master bedroom with a Victorian roll top bath, shower and separate WC, three further individually furnished double rooms with en suite shower/WC and two twin rooms also with en suite shower and WC facilities. All bedrooms have flatscreen Freeview TVs and views of the gardens and woodland. The dining room accommodates 12 sitting to dine and a lounge area has settees and armchairs, all served by a central gas fired log burner. The kitchen has a large gas range cooker, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and microwave. There is a large walled garden that is set to lawns, with a herb patio with barbecue facilities and teak Lutyens seating Anstey Grove Barn is in a great rural position within 30 miles of London and 15 miles of historic Cambridge.
