## About The Property

Anybodys Barn is a registered charitable company (Charity Number 326855) whose aim is to make Anybodys Barn available to organised groups from schools, universities, community based groups, social services, dance, yoga, religious groups, and other similar organisations.

We are not available for personal holidays or celebrations.

Anybodys Barn can offer self-catering group accommodation for up to 20 people.

There is a well equipped kitchen-dining room and a comfortable meeting room. There is also a separate workshop suitable for movement or art groups.

Accommodation includes 5 bedrooms with three, four or five bunk beds to a room and three bathrooms equipped with showers, wash basins and toilets.

The premises are centrally heated throughout.

Anybodys Barn has been operating for 20 years and has provided group accommodation to many types of groups: Buddhists, Universities, therapy groups, work away days, schools, womens groups, inner city community groups, womens refuge and many others. We hope to offer the possibility of a residential centre for courses in a beautiful rural setting for groups with limited funding.

There is a fire pit and space for some camping with access to the Worcestershire Way and Knapp Nature Reserve.

We can also offer Art and Ceramic sessions or residential courses in both.

## Facilities

- **WiFi:** Access is possible in the main house.
- **Accessibility:** There are three steps to go into the Barn. The bathrooms are on the same level as the kitchen/dining room. There are two ground floor bedrooms.
- **Dog Friendly:** No pets - sorry.
- **Kitchen:** There is a well equipped kitchen-dining room.
- **Dining Room:** The dining area can seat up to 20 people.
- **Sitting Room:** There is one meeting room with floor cushions and one workshop with tables and chairs for use when running art/craft or movement workshops.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** There are no TV facilities. We hope to encourage the more traditional forms of entertainment!
- **Games Room:** Arrangements can be made for use of table tennis table and pool table. Workshop area can be used as a play room.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating throughout apart from the workshop which has UV heaters.
- **Bedrooms:** There are five bedrooms with 4,4,3,4 and 5 bunk beds in each room.
- **Linen:** Linen is provided. Please bring your own towels.
- **Bathrooms:** There are three bathrooms with a shower, basin and toilet in each.
- **Children's Facilities:** Large outside space and wood. Gnome area in the wood.
- **Outdoor:** Fire pit, Worcestershire Way, arrangements can be made to use a volleyball court and pool table.
- **Swimming Pool:** Nearest swimming pool is 5 miles away in Malvern.
- **Parking:** Car park for up to 10 cars.
- **Smoking:** No smoking please.

- From **£1080** for a 3-night weekend
- From **£720** for a 2-night weekend
- From **£360** per midweek night

## Booking Information

- £18 per day/night unwaged. £23 per day/night waged. Minimum charge £180 per day/night. For a week or longer stays the price can be negotiated.
