Perfect for exclusive getaways, family beach holidays, house parties, business breaks and team building away from office distractions - this exclusive use Victorian residence has a private heated swimming pool (May to September stays) at its rear and long, sandy bathing beaches from its doorstep!

Relax on the secluded sun trap terraces, swim in your own private heated pool, unwind on the sun loungers, barbecue on one of the terraces or on the beach. Lounge in spacious high-ceilinged rooms comfortably and stylishly furnished with antiques, four poster and king size beds, big sofas and armchairs. Seat everyone for meals together in the formal dining room with long banquet table or for dining al fresco on the sun trap terraces (front and rear terraces). Walk out onto Ryde esplanade with its long sandy beaches, parks, indoor swimming pool, boating lake, restaurants, marina and town entertainment.

Plenty to keep large groups entertained whatever the weather - games room, pool table, table tennis; 2 lounges with big flat screen TVs, over 100 terrestrial and Freeview channels; stunning walks and bike rides from the property year round; indoor swimming pool 2 minutes walk from doorstep; easy stroll along the seafront to Ryde town with lots of bars, shops, restaurants, cafés and nightlife.

Fast frequent mainland links are just 7 or 8 minutes walk along the beautiful seafront to this big holiday home - for example, Central London is just 2 hours door to door making cars unnecessary if preferred, since travel links, restaurants, bars, nightlife are within easy walking distance and the beach is at your doorstep.

There is plenty of private parking for vehicles and boats on the circular driveway at Appley Beach House, private and secure with large wrought iron gates.
