The farmhouse, located in central England, offers a hot tub, snooker room and banqueting dining table seating up to 16 guests and is available with exclusive use. A great choice for celebrations, hen parties and family occasions.

Self cater or outside catering is available, and the pub is just a 10-20 minutes walk.

A stunning property with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Jacuzzi hot tub, snooker room with hand crafted professional 3/4 size snooker table.

Master lounge with large screen 4K Smart TV so you can access Netflix, Prime, iPlayer etc, sound bar for TV, to stream Spotify etc, country beamed dining room with table seating 16, plus well equipped farmhouse style kitchen all add to the luxury of this delightful property.

Private rear grounds and gardens, and a large south facing patio also complimenting the house, create a relaxing lifestyle. Sorry, no pets.

The historic Shakespeare Sites and the main town with historic attractions, nightlife and entertainment is a short 5 minute drive away. Warwick is only a 20 minute drive, and offers the medieval theme park and castle - all within close proximity.

Walking is an absolute delight with an abundance of wildlife, a natural environment with historic tracks and canal towpath on the doorstep and several local country pubs/restaurant are only 10-20 minute walk away.

Hen party holidays and group celebrations are our speciality and we are here to make sure that the 'Bride to be' or party group, along with your friends, have the most wonderful and pampered holiday. Many groups like the extra luxury of booking caterers, entertainments, beauty therapists. We can even arrange for the hire of items such as bicycles and barbecues.

We can arrange private catering along with an abundance of activities to make your holiday a truly memorable occasion.
