Ardgour House is a special venue for your wedding celebrations. This is not a pretentious house, but one where you and your guests will feel instantly at home and comfortable.

The dining room can seat 22 for a celebratory feast, or the owners can organise a marquee for a larger event, and catering too. Outside, the grounds and gardens are a beautiful setting for your wedding photos, with the house an imposing backdrop too.

We have our own marquee which can accommodate up to 100 for your celebration.

The house sleeps 22, so is perfect for accommodating the wedding party for the duration of your stay – and other accommodation is available nearby for other guests.

Facilities at the house will keep everyone amused for hours too – there’s a games room for the younger guests, billiards, and a swimming pool and sauna for relaxing before or after the main event.

Why not make a full weekend of it, and enjoy the company of friends and family for longer. Our packages are totally flexible so do speak to us about your requirements and wishes.

Well equipped with 2 electric cookers, 2 dishwashers, microwave, 2 large fridges, freezer, washer and dryer.

Bedrooms

11 in total. 1 is on the ground floor. 1st flr: 3 doubles, 2 twins. 2nd flr: 2 doubles, 3 twins.

Bathrooms

Ground floor bathroom and wc. 3 bathrooms (2 with showers) on 1st floor. Shower room and bathroom with shower on 2nd floor, plus wc.

Outdoor

Extensive lawned gardens with ancient trees and many rhododendrons. Fishing on the lochs in season.

Children's Facilities

2 cots and 2 high chairs available. Play room with toys and table tennis.

Heating and Open Fires

Central heating throughout plus 2 open fires.

Booking Information

Non-refundable deposit of £950, required on booking. Balance of rental will be due 12 weeks prior to arrival date. Check in from 3pm, check out by 10am. Weekly hire runs from Saturday to Saturday. Any damage must be paid for. Refundable good housekeeping deposit of £450 together with full guest list required one week prior to arrival. Minimum 3 night rental.

No hen or stag parties accepted.
