Whatever the season, Arosfa Lodge is the perfect Flintshire hideaway.

What can you expect from Arosfa Lodge, a Flintshire gem, nestled in rural North Wales? The answer is simple - lots. Say hello to stunning views of the Dee estuary. Hear the swifts as they screech and soar across panoramic skies. Absorb yourself in the symphony of the countryside with your morning coffee. Relax in the hot tub while gazing at the stars. Do we need to go on?

Ideally situated for holidaymakers of every type, Arosfa Lodge is a short car journey from the stunning Welsh coastline. With beaches on the doorstep at Prestatyn and Telacre, with Conwy and Llandudno not much further along the A55.

If it's mountains you yearn for, you're in the right country. Pack your bags full of snacks, don your boots and grab your map because the Snowdonian mountain range is just a 30-minute drive from Arosfa Lodge. The best thing? Returning home to hot food, a warm hearth and a family film.

If it's history or a spot of shopping you fancy, the ancient Roman city of Chester is only a short drive away. Fill your heads with Roman tales and your bags with loot. Later swap stories and sip cocktails as you finish your day around the dining table, while the kids entertain themselves with ping-pong and pool.

Fire pit or hot tub, pool or ping-pong, rest or adventure - there's something for everyone in Flintshire at Arosfa Lodge.

## Facilities

- **WiFi:** Superfast broadband available.
- **Accessibility:** Most of the property is on one level, so we have good access for disabled guests.
- **Dog Friendly:** We do allow pets but please speak to us before bringing them.
- **Kitchen:** With 2 ovens and 2 hobs, a further 3 hob rings on the kitchen island and another oven in the utility room.
- **Dining Room:** Large dining room table to seat all guests.
- **Sitting Room:** Let comfy leather sofas absorb you as you pick up a book after a day's hard hiking. Smart TV.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** 5 smart TVs with multiroom Sky Q, Amazon Prime and Netflix and superfast broadband (a tidy 300 Mb FTTP no less).
- **Games Room:** Shoot a game of pool, or wage ping-pong war in the games room, or box to your favourite tunes via the BOSE Bluetooth Airplay System.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** There is heating throughout and some open fires.
- **Bedrooms:** 8 bedrooms in this beautiful house. 6 double rooms and 2 twin rooms. 2 rooms are en suite.
- **Linen:** All linen will be provided including towels.
- **Bathrooms:** The property comes with 4 bathrooms. 2 en suites and 2 communal bathrooms.
- **Children's Facilities:** We have plenty of ground floor bedrooms, and children friendly rooms including games rooms.
- **Outdoor:** There's a beautiful patio area for newspapers in the morning or barbecues in the evening, or kick back and relax in our 6-seater hot tub.
- **Parking:** There is ample parking available on site.
- **Smoking:** Only outside please.
