Ashbrooke House is situated 13 miles from Enniskillen, 80 minutes from Belfast and 120 minutes from Dublin. The glorious Donegal coast is 45 minutes away and the house is only 10 minutes from the lakes. Fermanagh is rich in history, mountains, lakes, caves and stately homes. The house is perfectly situated for exploring Ireland.

Ashbrooke House is the Georgian Dower House for the Brookeborough family, the house having recently opened its doors to the public after 200 years and now welcoming guests to its 5 star facilities. With 8 superking bedrooms (5 en suite) sleeping 16, the house is perfect for family gatherings, celebrations, holidays, hen parties, getaways, team building events. Set in the stunning parkland of the 1000 acre Colebrooke Estate and home to Viscount and Viscountess Brookeborough, this exclusive and private property offers guests a chance to live like a Lord.

Whilst the property is self catering we can supply chefs and staff should you require a dinner party or special celebratory meal, or organise full catering for your stay if required. The dining room seats 20 max, the formal drawing room has an open fire and is full of beautiful antiques. There's also a TV room with library and wood burner. The fully equipped modern kitchen has an Aga and electric oven with gas hob top. Plus there's an ironing/washroom and boot room.

One of the bedrooms, on the ground floor, has a disabled accessible bathroom. Estate cottages offer additional accommodation.

Outside is a hot tub (additional charge) and barbecue area with Morso pizza oven. Fishing can be enjoyed on the Colebrooke river and we can arrange clay pigeon shooting lessons or simulated clay days. You can bring your horses too, we have stables, indoor arena and hacking on 1000 acres.

We want your stay to be the most enjoyable it can be, so we are happy to help if you have any requests to make your stay more comfortable.

- **Dog Friendly:** 2 well behaved dogs max , they are not allowed in front rooms or bedrooms. They must be on leads when outside.

- **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating throughout and open fires in both sitting rooms. Wood supplied gratis.
- **Bedrooms:** 8 bedrooms all with superking/twin beds. 5 of the bedrooms are en suite. 1 has a disabled access bathroom and 3 share a bathroom and shower.
- **Linen:** Cotton bed linen and towels supplied.

## Booking Information

- Prices given are for Ashbrooke House – please enquire for cottages. Guests check in after 3pm and check out before 12 noon. We can arrange late check out if required. We take a Damage Deposit of £300, or £500 for groups over 16 plus, max daily occupancy with cottage is 20 guests. Hot tub £150 for 2 nights.
