Athina also has a large games room with full size pool table, table tennis table and dart board. WiFi and Sky TV package available. Atlanta is ideal for family parties and gatherings, group holidays, hen parties, Christmas and New Year breaks, or any special occasion with friends and family when you are looking for something different. Atlanta is well positioned in a village location in Welton, in the heart of Lincolnshire and on the edge of the Wolds. The historic cathedral city of Lincoln is only a short journey away, and is well-known for its many old churches and other visitor attractions, including the world famous Christmas market each December. Atlanta is spacious, with plenty of room for everybody to enjoy all the privacy they want. In addition to the main living area, there is an additional living room with a balcony situated on the first floor and overlooking the main garden. This living room has an open plan kitchen area, fully fitted with units, hob and fridge. Ideal if you have young children to cater for or just to sit and relax away from the main living room. The cottage also has a large dining room with seating for up to 20 with two high chairs for younger visitors. There are a total of 10 bedrooms at Athina: 2 with king beds with ensuite facilities, 1 with double bed, 5 with twin beds, one triple bedroom and one single bedroom with an en suite Jack and Jill shower room. There are a total of seven bath or shower rooms plus an additional toilet. There are two cots available. The village pub close by serves the usual pub fayre and there is also a golf club close by open to the public and including a restaurant serving good value food.
