This holiday house in St Agnes is a fantastic choice for bringing together friends and multi generational families to celebrate a special occasion or for a seaside holiday on the beautiful North Cornish coast. This lovely coastal house offers all en-suite bedrooms, is well equipped, homely and comfortable without compromising on modern conveniences. And you can bring the dog on holiday too.

Tucked away on a private drive, Atlantic House is just a short stroll from Trevaunance Cove, a sandy beach with rockpools and exposing fascinating old harbour remains at low tide. St Agnes itself has 5 pubs and a range of restaurants, beach cafes, take-aways as well as bakery, grocers, butchers all within walking distance.

The open plan living design creates a bright sociable space with a large dining table for enjoying meals together, and there's a comfortable conservatory lounge for relaxation and catching up. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite worktops. The alternative smaller reception/sitting room is ideal for anyone wanting 5 minutes to themselves. Atlantic House is positioned within a wooded valley, and has attractive landscaped gardens with 2 outside seating areas and a pretty stream that meanders down to the sea.

The 5 bedrooms are a mix, with a king, 3 doubles and a twin. The king size bed is a 4 poster offering a little luxury for one of the couples. All are individually decorated with splashes of subtle colour and views to the garden or woodland below. Each has an en suite facility, with 3 showers and 2 indulgent double end baths with comtemporary rainfall showers overhead, some with vertical jet feature. 

A stay at Atlantic House is really all about the location. Proximity to the beach and village is a given but, for those seeking serious surfing opportunities, award winning Perranporth can be reached in 10 minutes or Newquay in under half an hour. Guests can make the most of walks from the door along the rugged coastline up to St Agnes Beacon or Wheal Coates Tin Mine. Drive to Redruth to visit Heartlands, the Cornish heritage mining site, or Truro for its historic attractions.

- **Dog Friendly:** Most dog breeds are allowed but please check with the owner first. £35 per dog per stay.

- **TV and Music Facilities:** There is a 50" flatscreen Smart TV in the conservatory with a Sony sound system. Each bedroom has a 32" flatscreen TV with Amazon firestick.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Oil fire central heating with heated towel rails throughout.
- **Bedrooms:** 5 bedrooms. 1 king 4 poster bed, 3 doubles and 1 twin. All en suite.
- **Linen:** 100% Egyptian Cotton bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
- **Bathrooms:** 2 have double end baths and showers overhead. 3 have showers. All showers are rainfall with a vertical jet feature.
- **Children's Facilities:** High chair, travel cot and stair gate available upon request.
