## About The Property

Sleeps 6 to 24 in 3 houses, which can be separate or joined internally, with dining together for 24

We cater very comfortably for parties of up to 24, although a larger number may be accommodated. The property can be divided into three self-contained units if you wish, or large groups can take the whole property or any combination - a very flexible approach. Edward has a large living room which can provide dining tables, seating 24, and is the central property of the three.

Atlantic Lodge was initially built over 100 years ago; it has been updated and offers spacious, high quality accommodation. Bedrooms and living accommodation are located on both floors, giving panoramic views of the cove, Longships lighthouse, the Scilly Isles and sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean. A fantastic setting for a beach holiday.

Atlantic Lodge has extensive gardens and grounds of approximately one acre. There are many different areas to relax and socialise in, secluded places for sunbathing and a paddock for football and games. There is also ample car parking space.

The Cornish coastal path is 5 minutes walk away. Fabulous walks to Lands End or Cape Cornwall are possible within an afternoon. There is a maze of footpaths to encourage you to explore the wildly beautiful landscape.

Sennen has pubs and restaurants within walking distance of the house. The Beach Restaurant (actually on the beach!) has enjoyed top ratings and enthusiastic reviews from the national press, and The Old Success in the cove is a very popular 16th Century Inn.

For cultural pursuits, the spectacular Minack Theatre is close by, with a programme of outdoor performances which runs from mid May until late September. Atlantic Lodge has proved popular with several groups performing at the theatre. St Ives and Penzance are both well known centres for artistic excellence. Each has a myriad of galleries to explore.

Before Christmas, experience the Christmas Lights Trail around many local towns and villages. Especially good are Newlyn, Mousehole and slightly further afield, Angarrack.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** We do not accommodate pets.
- **Accessibility:** Limited for those with limited mobility. Some bedrooms and living accommodation are available on the ground floor.
- **WiFi:** Free Broadband and WiFi. Good mobile phone signals.
- **Kitchen:** Three very well-equipped kitchens.
- **Dining Room:** One large dining area to seat all 24, in Edward (the central house), or three separate dining areas.
- **Sitting Room:** Two lounges, and one large living room.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** TVs, DVDs, stereos.
- **Games Room:** No, but some games available.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Full central heating.
- **Bedrooms:** 12 bedrooms: 4 doubles (3 are en suite), 2 bunk bedded rooms (full size beds), 6 twin bedded rooms (2 are en suite).
- **Linen:** All linen and towels provided.
- **Bathrooms:** Two bathrooms with baths and showers, 5 en suites; mix of baths and showers, three extra WCs.
- **Children's Facilities:** Three travel cots available and two high chairs. There are blenders, food processors and microwaves to help with baby food.
- **Outdoor:** Sizeable gardens, barbecues and several seating areas. Space to run around, cosy corners for coffee, sheltered sunbathing. Herbs for your use.
- **Parking:** Easily holds 8 vehicles, we have accommodated 13.
- **Smoking:** Smoking is not permitted.

## Booking Information

- Prices vary depending on group size. For 24 people these range from £2700 per week in low season to £5700 per week in peak season. Extra guest beds available for £50 per week. Group sizes usually 6, 8,10,14,16,24.

- Changeovers are usually on Fridays in the peak season. Min 3 night booking, flexible days.
