Step outside, breathe in that fresh ocean breeze, and let the sound of the waves set the pace for your stay.

Wake up to endless ocean views across the bay, grab your board or paddle, and hit the surf – it’s that close. Rinse off the sand in the Coach House beach room, hang your wetsuit to dry, then head to the slate terrace to chill on the loungers with the unbeatable sea backdrop for company. Whether you’re with family, friends, or a group looking for somewhere special, this is the perfect spot to kick back together and make memories that’ll last way beyond the holiday.

Inside, you’ll find plenty of space to spread out and relax. Atlantic View has 2 living rooms for the needs of a larger gathering, 1 with a wood burner. The Coach House has a large open plan lounge kitchen diner, another stylish social hub with more wonderfully framed views. Kitchens are so well-equipped that cooking for a crowd actually feels easy (but if you’d rather just chill with a glass of wine, we get that too). There are recommended caterers who can come in and prepare a special meal for an important anniversary.

Bedrooms across both houses are a combination of doubles or twins (using zip and links) and Atlantic View has a bunk room for 4, a den where the youngsters can bed down in their own space. There are 7 en-suites and 3 shared bathrooms.

Gather loved ones in comfort and style, with everything you need to make life easy: private parking, loads of storage and those little luxuries that make a holiday feel extra special. Long days are for beach walks, sandcastles, surfing, and exploring - from Polzeath and Rock to Port Isaac and beyond. - **Bedrooms:** Atlantic View: 2 doubles or twins, 2 twins, a double and a bunk room for 4. Coach House: 2 doubles and 2 twins. 5 en suites.
- **Bathrooms:** Atlantic View: ground floor shower, 3 en suites and a bathroom, 2 with baths and showers. Coach House: 2 showers (1 accessible) and 2 bathrooms.

- Check in from 4pm, check out by 9.45 am (except for a weekend break when checkout on a Sunday is 4pm).

- Cots and baby equipment can be hired from a local company – please enquire. There is a high chair in each house. 
- 
- Dogs only allowed between 1st October and 13th May when dogs are allowed on the beach all day.  
- 
- A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival along with a £500 Damages Deposit per week or part thereof.
