Designed for milestone celebrations, multi-generational family gatherings, executive retreats and curated wellness escapes, Balvonie is more than a large holiday home nestled within a private estate where every stay can be tailored around a unique experience.

The house combines period grandeur with contemporary comfort. Elegant reception rooms, original architectural features and expansive windows create a setting that feels both impressive and welcoming. At its heart is a spectacular dining room where up to 30 guests can dine together, making it ideal for private chef experiences, celebratory dinners, whisky tastings and long evenings of food, wine and conversation.

The spacious kitchen has been designed for entertaining, whether preparing meals together or hosting a fully catered occasion. A games room with pool, private cinema and outdoor hot tub overlooking the sea ensure there is space for relaxation, celebration and connection.

Each of the bedrooms has been individually designed with luxurious furnishings and refined finishes, with many featuring deep soaking baths. There are 8 beautifully appointed en suite bathrooms and the other 3 bedrooms share 2 further bathrooms. An additional ground-floor en suite bedroom will be added soon, increasing capacity to 28 guests.

Beyond the house, guests can explore private woodland and coastal walks directly from the estate, or enjoy sailing, golf, island excursions, and other bespoke experiences arranged for your stay.
