They are all fully inclusive and equipped to a high standard throughout with quality furnishings linen and towels. Each cottage sleeps four on single, double, king and superking beds and has two bathrooms. They are open plan downstairs with vaulted ceilings, galleried landings and exposed oak beams. The largest cottage can comfortably dine 14 on one table together. All the cottages have pretty gardens, terraces, patio furniture, barbecues and stunning panoramic views. Gourmet catering and various beauty treatments in the cottages can be arranged. The Calf Shed is single storey with Access Exceptional rating - ideal for wheelchair users and the elderly. Outside we have a fabulous 40 foot x 16 foot heated outdoor pool with glorious views, games room with pool and table tennis, 14 foot trampoline sunk into the ground, children's swings and games field with football goals and basketball nets. We are a busy working farm and our animals include sheep, pigs, Shetland ponies, ducks, hens and a goat. For the more energetic there is a walk that takes you through 90 acres of woodland, streams, meadows and fields along an old Roman track known as Piccadilly. Children are welcome to collect eggs and bottle feed the lambs in the spring. Bardown Farm is at the top of a hill in the High Weald - a landscape that hasn't changed much since medieval times - and a 40 minute drive from a beautiful sandy beach at Camber sands. Closer to home is Bewl water with various water sports and fishing and Bedgebury Pinetum with lovely woodland walks and "Go Ape". Shopping is great in Tunbridge Wells with lots of small boutiques in the Pantiles and the area is rich in National Trust properties and gardens.
