Barford Beach House enjoys a truly spectacular setting overlooking the sea, near Widemouth Bay and Bude on the north Cornish coast. The house has everything a group could possibly want for a luxury get away, with plenty of opportunities to relax and have fun. Perfect for family reunions, special occasions and hen weekends.

The house has been designed to take full advantage of its position, with floor to ceiling windows embracing the magnificent views wherever possible. Social spaces are generous, with several to choose from - a cosy sitting room with a wood burner, a stunning kitchen diner with room for the whole group to eat together, and a tucked away basement bunker for fun with a bar and games equipment, as well as a dedicated cinema room for watching one of a range of DVDs. The kitchen is well equipped but, if you prefer to take things easy when you are on holiday, we can arrange caterers to provide whatever you require.

The bedrooms are equally luxurious - again mostly with fantastic sea views and balconies, and all with en suite facilities. A couple of the rooms have additional beds, allowing for maximum occupancy of 16, and some have zip link beds for maximum flexibility.

Outside the attention to detail continues - relax in the wood fired hot tub overlooking the bay, retire to the spa afterwards, unwind in the sauna. Or just enjoy barbecues and al fresco dining on the covered terrace.

North Cornwall is renowned for stunning beaches, and Barford Beach House is within easy reach of several - Widemouth Bay, Summerleaze and Crooklets, and there's even access from the garden to the privately owned Wanson Beach. For pure indulgence, we can organise spa treatments in your room or in the spa room at Barford Beach House. Venture a little further afield to visit the lovely coastal town of Bude or historic Tintagel, or walk a section of the coastal path. Dogs are welcome at Barford Beach House, so the whole family can enjoy the experience!

Double aspect with full length glass doors overlooking the sea. Big sofas, wood burner, 37" HD LCD TV with Freeview and Freesat HD. Cosy cinema room.

TV and Music Facilities

AV/stereo system in bunker. Cinema room has drop down screen, 4HD projector, selection of DVDs. 37" HD LCD TV in lounge. Kitchen radio.

Games Room

Underground bunker room with a bar, pool table, pinball machine, arcade games machine with 700 games, excellent AV/stereo system.

Heating and Open Fires

Underfloor heating. Wood burner in living room.

Bedrooms

6 superking (3 zip link) en suite rooms, 2 with extra beds (1 with an extra superking, 1 with a set of bunks). Most have balconies and sea views.

Linen

400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen. Huge bath sheet, hand towel, flannel, bathmats, swimming towel and bathrobes provided.

All en suite. Mix of baths and showers.

Play boat and outdoor games. Toys, books, DVDs and games. Travel cots and high chairs available on request.
