Barolin Farm is an ideal venue for family celebrations, including weddings, corporate events and get togethers with friends for country weekends or longer stays.

After a day spent exploring the best of Yorkshire, Barolin Farm is a welcoming country retreat with roaring log fires by winter and great garden barbecues in summer. Hot tubs can be hired if requested.

The property is a charming large country house with an acre of walled garden on the south side and a private courtyard with ample parking space on the north side. There is a tennis court within the walled garden. The kitchen caters well for large groups, and the whole party can dine together. And the family dog is welcome to come too.

The Cottage in the grounds offers additional self catering accommodation making this property perfect for groups of families or extended family get togethers - a quiet space to retreat to at night, just round the corner from the main centre of activity.

Barolin Farm House is located between Ripon and Harrogate, a short distance from many famous Yorkshire sites such as the historic Fountains Abbey, Brimham Rocks, Ripley Castle and the Yorkshire Dales which are a short drive away. There is much exploring to be done either on foot or by bike in the gorgeous countryside that Barolin Farm is nestled in.

2 dogs are permitted on request. There is a surcharge for dogs of £20 per dog.

Downstairs bedroom with easy access to house entrance. The bathroom is not specifically adapted for disabled guests use.

Large sociable space, and very well equipped with 4 oven Aga and a Rangemaster cooker. Large island for food preparation. A chef can be recommended.

Spacious with 2 large tables that can seat 16. There are additional tables that can be added for extra seating.

Large drawing room with log fire and TV and a snug adjoining the kitchen with wood burning stove and TV.

Central heating. Log fire in drawing room, wood burner in snug.

Bedrooms

8 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. King size or double and 2 twin rooms. 3 twin rooms and shower in the outlying chalet.

Each bed is made up and each occupant is provided with a bathsheet and hand towel.

8 en suites in farmhouse: 1 with bath and separate shower, 2 with toilet and shower, the others with over the bath shower. Chalet has shower.

Travel cot and high chair. Large 1 acre walled garden with tennis court. Games equipment provided together with selection of balls.

Smoking is not allowed in the property. Guests may smoke outside.
