Barsham Barns provide a picturesque country setting for your special day in a relaxed venue that’s perfect for a weekend wedding gathering of family and friends. These magnificent barn conversions are situated close to the North Norfolk in a hidden little valley, surrounded by gently rolling landscape.
With a marquee on the meadow we can cater for up to 80 wedding guests and have luxury accommodation for up to 52 making Barsham Barns the perfect place to host an intimate wedding celebration. We can offer luxury bell tents as supplementary accommodation, fully equipped with proper beds! We don’t have a civil wedding licence but there are register offices nearby who can perform your ceremony.
We can put you in touch with a variety of people who can help with organising catering, supply of marquee, flowers, wedding photography, DJs and bands to provide evening entertainment.

Kitchen

The kitchens are all very well equipped to a high standard for entertaining and open to the dining room so you can chat while preparing meals.

Each barn has a spacious dining room with wonderful views over meadows and gently rolling countryside, or sunny private courtyard.

Sitting Room

Sitting rooms have lovely views and open onto the gardens. Woodburning stoves in 5 barns make them cosy in winter and all have underfloor heating.

Games Room

A games room with table football and a table tennis table. Boules and badminton racquets available on request in summer.

Heating and Open Fires

Central heating and wood burning stoves. The Loose Box has underfloor heating but no woodburner.

Bedrooms

The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses, 100% cotton bedlinen, all beautifully decorated. Some zip and link beds for flexibility.

Linen

All linen and towels provided. 100% cotton sheets and duvet covers and fluffy white towels.

Bathrooms

Most bedrooms have either en suite bathrooms or showers.

Children's Facilities

Children most welcome. Baby cots, high chairs, baby monitors, sterilisers, bedguards, changing mats and other baby equipment available on request.

Outdoor

All of the barns have their own private gardens with terrace, lawned area, barbecue, dining table and chairs, all with fabulous views.

Swimming Pool

No, but we do have a large spa pool.

From £550.00 for w/end in The Loose Box to £5275.00 for a week in The Great East Barn in summer.
From £9500.00 to £11500.00 to book the whole site sleeping 52 for a weekend, season dependent.
