Three configurations are available to suit different group sizes: Manor House only – sleeps 26, ideal for leadership teams and focused retreats Manor House + Coach House – sleeps 34, offering additional bedrooms and a separate kitchenette Full estate – sleeps 40, taking in the Manor House, Coach House, Clock Tower, The Stables and Hayloft All configurations include exclusive use of the Dutch Barn and Saw Mill – renovated, heated and well-equipped spaces for meetings, presentations, training sessions, creative workshops or wellbeing activities. Superfast WiFi runs throughout the site, making collaboration and video calls smooth and reliable. At the centre of every stay is the elegant Manor House, with generous reception rooms, flexible dining and meeting areas, and restful bedrooms fitted with zip-and-link beds to suit different group configurations. The Coach House adds further bedrooms and its own kitchenette, while the smaller cottages give senior team members or facilitators their own space within the estate. Across the accommodation you will find everything designed for comfortable group living: well-equipped kitchens, good bathrooms and practical furnishings. Indoors and outdoors, there are spaces for focused work and relaxed downtime in equal measure. Teams particularly appreciate the estate’s sense of space: two acres of gardens private to the Manor House, seven acres in total across the whole estate, and immediate access to the wider countryside beyond. For stays of 3 nights or more, a generous hamper of locally sourced food and produce will be waiting on arrival, so that your first evening is taken care of from the moment you walk through the door. Stay 3 nights and the 3rd is half price. - - A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your dates, with the balance and a refundable £1,000 damage deposit due 8 weeks before arrival. - - Check-in is from 3pm and departure is by 10am. Our usual changeover days are Monday and Friday, though we are happy to discuss specific requests. Midweek stays are very welcome. - - Catering available on request – dinner parties, buffet lunches and breakfast options via our estate chefs. Prices on application. - - Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a fee of £20 per dog, per night. - - All on-site catering and activities are arranged through our approved suppliers.
