They stay, they linger, they wake up together the morning after. The barn complex – the Saw Mill and Dutch Barn – seats up to 90 and is licensed until midnight. The Malvern Hills form the backdrop. We are well suited to weddings where almost everyone stays on the estate. Midweek weddings work particularly well – the estate is exclusively yours, the pace is unhurried, and three nights together is something guests remember long after the day itself. The Manor House sleeps 26 across 11 bedrooms, with gracious reception rooms, a dining room that seats up to 36, and two acres of garden with a walled garden, orchard and two ponds. The four smaller properties on the estate – Coach House, Clock Tower, Hayloft and The Loose Box – bring total sleeping capacity to 40, with the option to accommodate a few additional day guests for the celebration itself. Superfast WiFi throughout. - **Kitchen:** The decor is stylish and contemporary with a range of great appliances: an induction hob, 2 full double ovens, 3 dishwashers, 2 large fridges. - **Dining Room:** The formal dining room is furnished with antiques and seats up to 36. We can organise all levels of catering for you. The barn seats up to 90. - **Sitting Room:** Grand drawing room with superb period plasterwork seating 24 plus. There is a library with easy seating for 8 - 10. - **TV and Music Facilities:** In the drawing room and library, a flat screen TV with DVD player, SKY and Freeview. - **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating. New fire regulations mean that we can no longer let you have open fires. There is a log burner in The Clock Tower. - **Bedrooms:** Main house: 11 bedrooms, 3 on ground floor, 1 wheelchair friendly. Annexe has 3 bedrooms. Clock Tower and Hayloft have 1 bedroom each. - **Linen:** Crisp laundered white bed linen on the beds, made up as per your instructions. A fluffy white bath sheet and hand towel supplied for each person. - **Bathrooms:** Main house: 9 en suite bathrooms, 2 separate shower rooms, 3 cloakrooms. Clock Tower: 1 shower room and further en suite loo. Hayloft: 1 bathroom. - **Children's Facilities:** Books and DVDs. - **Outdoor:** 6 acres of grounds with 2 ponds. Croquet/games lawn. - **Parking:** Ample parking. - **Electric Vehicle Charging:** 2 EV charging points on site. - **Smoking:** No smoking. ## Rental Rates Please contact the owner for pricing. ## Booking Information - Barton Court Manor House sleeps up to 26 in 11 bedrooms across the main house, or up to 40 when combined with our four estate cottages. - - The Manor House has a minimum stay of 2 nights, rising to 3 nights during spring and summer. For stays of 3 nights or more, a generous hamper of locally sourced food and produce will be waiting on arrival, so that your first evening is taken care of from the moment you walk through the door. Stay 3 nights and the 3rd is half price. - - A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your dates, with the balance and a refundable £1,000 damage deposit due 8 weeks before arrival. - - Check-in is from 3pm and departure is by 10am. Our usual changeover days are Monday and Friday, though we are happy to discuss specific requests. Midweek stays are very welcome. - - Catering available on request – dinner parties, buffet lunches and breakfast options via our estate chefs. Prices on application. - - Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a fee of £20 per dog, per night. - - All on-site catering and activities are arranged through our approved suppliers.
