Bath Townhouse is a luxury self catering property on three floors of a beautiful Georgian townhouse in the centre of Bath. It has been sympathetically restored to not only enhance the original features of this 18th century building, but also to add a touch of luxury and class. The interior design has that modern vintage feel.
The six bedrooms are spacious and light, with beautiful Georgian sash windows, many with the original shutters. Original fireplaces in all bedrooms. Bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Rooms can be singles or king size beds depending on the group requirements.
There are 3 shower rooms all with under floor heating and there is one bathroom with a magnificent copper bath tub!
The first floor is where you will find the large lounge with its own bar area and fridge, a 50 inch wide screen wall mounted TV and Bowers and Wilkins Zeppelin Air MP3 player and DVD player. A colourful velvet modular sofa seats 14 people comfortably. Modern art decorates the walls. Large Georgian windows look onto the street below.
The lounge opens on to the large fitted kitchen with wooden work tops, butler sink, with plenty of cupboards and shelving. The big kitchen table seats 14. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you require for a self catering break including microwave, dishwasher, Rangemaster range cooker, Rangemaster American style fridge/freezer with ice maker. A bathstone fireplace and large Georgian shuttered windows complete the look.
Quality linen and towels are provided, Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the building. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
