Bath Townhouse 14 offers wonderful luxury living spaces spread across the 3 upper floors of this impressive townhouse, showing off beautiful Georgian original features including shutters, sash windows, fireplaces, wooden beams and wood floors. There are great views from the lounge onto the street below, a fantastic sociable space complete with its own bar and big TV. Bath Townhouse 8, which occupies the lower 2 floors of the house, has its own separate lounge and games room which work well for a mixed age group. The 2 attractive bespoke kitchens are fully equipped with large dining tables and chairs for the number of guests. Nowhere in Bath is far from the house so a vast array of recommended restaurants are within walking distance.

Bath Townhouse 22 has an accessible bedroom and wet room at ground floor level, a consideration for anyone less mobile. Bedrooms on the top 2 floors at Bath Townhouse 22 can be configured as twins, triples, large twins and singles or super kings. Bathrooms are indulgent rooms, mainly large walk in showers although there are two beautiful freestanding baths for ultimate relaxation.

The beauty of staying at Bath Townhouse 22 is the wonderful easy location with short walks to gorgeous gardens and parks as well as the sweeping Royal Crescent, a renowned piece of Georgian architecture. - **Bedrooms:** Upper floors: 2 twins, 2 triples and 2 large twins. 8 singles as 4 super kings. Lower floors: twin, 2 triples and 2 twins or superkings.
- **Bathrooms:** Mix of showers and baths. Ground floor accessible wet room.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Gas central heating throughout. Underfloor heating in all bathrooms and across the lower ground floor.

- Min of 2 nights over a weekend, Friday-Sunday. 3 night stay only mid-week, Mon-Thurs. Min stay of 3 nights Bank Holidays, 3 nights Easter weekend and 5 nights Christmas/New Year. No Saturday arrivals or departures. Extra charge of £50 per stay for use of sofa bed.
