Bay View is an impressive Victorian house, located in an enviable position on the seafront of the picturesque coastal town of Criccieth, North Wales.
The house affords fantastic views over the sea, Cambrian Coast, Harlech and the Snowdonia Mountain range. It also provides good opportunities to spot wildlife (including dolphins). Access to the beach is directly opposite the house.
Bay View has recently been awarded 5 stars by the Welsh Tourist Board. The house provides an excellent quality of accommodation for up to 18 people in a total of 7 en suite bedrooms. Our sister properties (Bryn Gwyn and Tegfryn), located 6 miles away, provide additional accommodation for up to 16 people.
There are 3 twin rooms, 2 kingsize rooms and 2 large bedroom suites. Each suite comprises 2 interconnecting rooms, one with a king size bed and the other a set of bunk beds.
Bay View has a fantastic, well-equipped kitchen/diner. The dining room, with sea views, houses a huge table to seat up to 18 people.
Sea views can also be enjoyed from the huge first floor formal lounge. Comfortable seating for 18 is provided plus a wood burner and 51″ flat screen TV.
A further sitting room on the ground floor has a games console, flat screen TV and pool table.
There is also a ground floor WC, utility room and an undercover storage area (ideal for bikes).
The beautiful sea views can be enjoyed from a patio area to the front of the house. A back garden is available for barbecues and alfresco dining.
Criccieth is a small, unspoilt Victorian resort, which nestles on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park and provides the gateway to the beautiful Llyn Peninsular.
