Overlooking the beautiful St Ives Bay, these spectacularly situated Beach Houses provide a magical spot for celebrant led beach wedding ceremonies. Alternatively, as the closest neighbour is St Uny a beautiful Norman Church it works very well if you wish to  have a traditional Church Service with stunning beach photos and celebrations too.  

The position allows you to choose to informally exchange vows at any time of day, with St Ives Bay Sunset Weddings proving popular. Barefoot Beach Weddings are happy to work with the happy couple to deliver the perfect day that they have in mind at this inspirational beach front location thqt provides no end of photo opportunities capturing a backdrop akin to the Caribbean.

We especially love unique and quirky wedding concepts and the location will deliver in buckets and spades something truly remarkable! With either provate steps or gentle private slops down from the properties onto Lelant Beach, this is perfect for couples who want to feel the sand between their toes. The bridal party might like to arrive or head away on honeymoon by boat, or even arrange a water-based wedding and paddle their feet in the ocean in their wedding attire! Pet Dogs are welcome here too, so why not include them in the ceremony?

All this is possible when you are right on the beach. One thing is certain the wedding photos will be truly amazing! 

The Beach Houses are the perfect venue for an intimate wedding celebrations, with plenty of space inside and out, plus a vast beach to spread onto for a beach bbq style wedding banquet. For those couples planning a larger party, it is still possible to deliver wedding feasts and celebrations for much larger numbers within a short walking distance. 

And if the couple and their guests plan to stay for a few days to fully enjoy this spectacular setting and being together, the accommodation is perfectly set up for up to 20 for a weekend or week of fun and celebrating at the beach. Beach House is the smallest property, ideal for giving the newlyweds some space and privacy after the celebrations are over. Wedding guests will love the flexibility of the larger houses offering open plan living, a variety of bedroom types and spaces to relax together, and the indoor pool is a big favourite.

- **Dog Friendly:** Max. 2 pets per house/ £100 per house. Dog friendly beach all year round. Must be free of dog hair and garden of dog litter prior to departure.
- **Accessibility:** Suitable for persons able to walk 150m on beach/footpath or climb steps. Successful repeat stays for guests with Autistic members.
- **Hot Tub:** Each House has its own private hot tub
- **WiFi:** Free Infinity WiFi available. Successful monthly bookings for work from home guests.
- **Kitchen:** Three well equipped kitchens with microwaves, freezers and dishwashers. Well stocked with all necessary equipment. Two with long galley kitchens.
- **Dining Room:** Internal dining for 24 on large table for 12 and additional tables of 6/10. External covered dining overlooking the ocean for 24.
- **Sitting Room:** All have open plan living room with comfy sofa seating. Freeview TV, DVDs, books, films and games available. Conservatory at Ferry House and Bungalow.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Smart TVs. Wireless sound system.
- **Games Room:** Table football at Ferry House. Games and books are provided.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Wood burning stove in both the Beach Bungalow and The Ferry House. The Beach House and Ferry House both have new air source heat pump heating systems.
- **Bedrooms:** A very flexible mix of kingsize, double, twin and family rooms. Some beds are zip/link for flexibility. Some triple bunk beds.
- **Linen:** All linen and towels provided as well as bathrobes. Linen and towels changed during stays of 14 nights or more.
- **Bathrooms:** Mixture of bathrooms and shower rooms. The Beach Bungalow has en suite bath and shower facilities.
- **Children's Facilities:** High chairs and travel cots can be provided on request.
- **Outdoor:** Terraces and verandahs overlooking the sea. Sun loungers and barbecues. Great outdoor gazebos with fire pit.
- **Swimming Pool:** Enclosed heated swimming pool at Ferry House. Outdoor shower. Hot tubs at all houses.
- **Parking:** Free parking for 1 car per house can be organised on quay, free parking 200m at St Uny Church and pay and display car park on Quay along the beach.
