With its relaxed coastal feel and flexible layout, it’s also a dog-friendly retreat, making it ideal for the whole family to escape and unwind.

At the heart of the home is a bright open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, filled with natural light and designed for sociable coastal living. Full-width bi-fold doors open directly onto the garden, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Two inviting seating areas offer choice and comfort—one centred around the TV, and a cosy corner with a wood-burning stove, perfect for quiet evenings with a book or drink.

The garden is a lovely mix of lawn and patio, offering space for children to play and a perfect setting for barbecues or relaxed summer evenings outdoors.

Beachcomber offers five flexible bedrooms, all with zip-and-link beds that can be configured as super king or twin rooms. On the ground floor, the master bedroom enjoys garden access, a vaulted ceiling and en-suite shower room, while two further bedrooms share a family bathroom. Upstairs, two additional bright bedrooms share a modern shower room, making the home ideal for mixed groups and families.

Perfectly positioned just a short walk from East Wittering village, guests can enjoy local shops, cafés and restaurants, while West Wittering’s famous sandy beach is only minutes away. Scenic coastal walks, National Trust East Head, and nearby Chichester all offer fantastic days out.

With off-street parking for up to four cars and a pet-friendly welcome, Beachcomber is a superb base for a memorable seaside escape.
