The open plan design enables a group to come together in one of the larger cottages, and kitchens are well equipped with dining tables for the number of guests staying. Relax in lounges after dinner next to the wood burner to make plans for the next day. All 4 properties have outside dining and barbecues and The Lodge has a private hot tub on the terrace.

Walkers can get straight onto the Tarka Trail from Beaconside or very easily join the South West Coastal Path for a decent hike. Instow is a gorgeous little fishing town where the Taw and Torridge rivers meet, and Bideford is nearby for picking up supplies or a wander around the interesting antique shops.
