The Beamsley Project Charitable Trust, Skipton, Yorkshire, sleeps 12-30 in 11 bedrooms.

Our Centre sleeps up to 24 guests over 8 bedrooms. We also have an adjacent cottage which if rented together increases your party to 30 guests.

Over 25 years ago we lovingly converted Beamsley Methodist Church, which now offers you a base, so you can tailor your holiday or short break to suit the personal needs of your group. You will have sole use of the building which makes it perfect for rest and recuperation, exploring the beautiful Yorkshire Dales or celebrating a special occasion.

In our spacious centre you will have use of a family bathroom with ceiling hoist, a bath with handheld shower, a separate shower and adult changing table. In addition, 2 other wet rooms and 4 toilets. Two bedrooms are also en-suite.
Our catering standard kitchen provides adjustable height hobs and sink and all the equipment you should need for a large group. Our dining area can seat up to 30 people.

You also have the added value of a large multi-functional games room with table tennis, pool table, TV and ample seating. There is also an additional lounge with bubble tower and internet TV.
To the rear or the property is a large self-contained garden with bench seating, log circle and amazing views of the surrounding hills. This area is perfect for children to play in a safe contained area. There is also a garden at the front of the property with fixed BBQ area and bench seating. In case you are blessed with the odd Yorkshire shower we also have a covered area with seating.

We also have a large utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, additional fridge/freezer and freezer, iron and ironing board.

The self-contained cottage sleeps between 2 and 6 people in twin rooms, there is a cosy lounge, kitchen with adjustable height hob and sink, ground floor toilet with Closomat wash and dry toilet, main wet room with adult changing table and a lift to ensure that the cottage is fully accessible.

There is ample level parking and access from A59 Skipton to Harrogate Road. Open all year.

Spacious dining room in the Centre to seat 30 guests. Facilities include toasters and warming cupboard.
Very large hall with table tennis, pool table and TV ample seating for large groups. Plus a separate comfortable lounge with smart TV & bubble tower.
Centre has large screen digital TV and DVD, separate smart TV in lounge. Both have freeview.
Emergency telephone. Mobile reception. WiFi throughout although due to age of building some areas are better than others
Large recreational room in the Centre with pool table, table tennis, skittles, inside hockey.
Air source heat pumps and individual blown air radiators. Hall, lounge and 2 wet rooms have underfloor heating.
The Centre has 8 bedrooms: 4 rooms have twin beds, 4 rooms have 4 single beds. The cottage has 3 twin bedrooms. 3 of these beds are profiling beds.
All bedlinen is provided and one set of towels is provided per guest

We do not have a pool.

No smoking throughout building
1 house trained dog allowed per group at a cost of £20 per stay. Specific area allocated for toileting and no access allowed in main garden area.

Easily accessible on the side of the A59 Skipton to Harrogate Road. 2 miles from Bolton Abbey, 6 miles from Skipton or Ilkley. Half way between Blackpool & Scarborough, an ideal location for coastal
Skipton 6 miles or Ilkley 6 miles. The small village of Addingham is 3.2 miles away

Booking Information

Centre: £28 per person per night. Minimum use of Centre £336 per night, Minimum use of Centre and Cottage £504. Changeover days are Mondays and Fridays.
£100 non refundable deposit required at booking and full payment 12 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellations due to COVID 19 are fully refundable
