Designed by the owners for their holiday business, Bedw Barn was built to give large groups the chance to be together and relax, have fun, celebrate, enjoy outdoor games, but also giving the space to allow privacy and quiet for those in the group who want some peace. The modern grey and white décor creates a fresh and calming feel to the property. The open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge is located on the first floor, making the most of views across the rolling Welsh hills.

The indoor heated swimming pool sits in the middle of the house giving everyone the opportunity to keep an eye on those that are enjoying the pool, whilst keeping the other eye on a movie in the cinema room to the right of the property on the ground floor.

4 of the 7 bedrooms are on the ground floor to the left of the property, with the other 3 bedrooms located above the cinema room. There are 2 main bathrooms, one on each side of the property, one en suite bathroom and 2 additional toilets, one on each side of the house. There is a utility room which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The hot tub is situated in a room adjacent to Bedw Barn, affording breathtaking views down the valley. Alongside the hot tub room is a brand new sauna and steam room.

Space around the property is a great plus, with plenty of car parking and extensive grounds for little ones to run around in and play all sorts of games. Or just sit and enjoy a barbecue in the warmer weather.

The owners have their own beauty salon/spa; 'Out of town beauty' is located at the back of Bedw Barn, a massive plus for guests staying at the accommodation, where they can take advantage of the facilities to enjoy treatments during their stay.
