This area of north Wales is a magnet for adventure seekers and walkers and so much more. Beech Bank is a great holiday house in Llanberis, perfect for extended families and friends meeting up for a holiday or to celebrate a big birthday in this fantastic setting on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. The location at the foot of Yr Wyddfa and on the shores of Lake Padarn is perfectly suited to keen hikers and water sports enthusiasts, with plenty of attractions to explore including the Slate Museum and the Lake Railway. And dogs are welcome too.

This detached period house sleeps 14 and offers a warm welcome to guests, with spacious reception rooms, comfy accommodation and, a highlight, the roof terrace. The kitchen has a cosy range and modern appliances for catering for a group, with a dining table which is big enough to seat everyone for sociable meals together. 2 lounges have sofas and a TV, providing space for a mixed age group to spread out. Beech Bank's crowning glory is its fantastic roof terrace with the spectacular backdrop of the surrounding mountains, somewhere to chill together with a drink after a day out. The front garden is also a lovely spot for everyone to gather for a barbecue.

Bedrooms are configured as kings or twins using zip and links and there are 2 triple rooms handy for young families. All have en suites.

Llanberis, just a short walk away, has a range of cafes and pubs if you want to eat out, as well as plenty of shops for outdoor clothing and equipment. Climbing Yr Wyddfa may be top of the list but there are other top attractions in the region worth a visit including Zip World or Bounce Below. The coastal town of Caernarfon has plenty of interest for history buffs, with an imposing castle with many tales to tell and an ancient walled town.
