## About The Property

Sleeps 2 to 30 in 3 cottages and 5 rooms:

3 two bedroomed cottages sleep 5 each. Each cottage has a dining table seating up to 12.

5 en suite rooms sleep 1 - 4 each

Two of the cottages can interconnect to create a cottage for up to 10. The 5 en suite rooms can sleep up to 15 so 25 in all or 30 with extra beds. Cots can also be added. The en suite rooms can be used as extra rooms.

The flexible accommodation options available provide the opportunity for groups of friends, hen parties and three generational families to stay and yet still have some space and privacy.

Situated just outside Bradford-on-Avon and just a 10-15 minute train journey to Bath, there is plenty to do and explore in west Wiltshire. We also offer a 30% discount on day tickets for Longleat which is just 20-30 minutes away and 25% discount on tickets for Cheddar Gorge and Caves.

Cow Byre 1 offers a twin or double room upstairs under the eves with a room downstairs with a set of adult bunk beds and a single bed.

Cow Byre 2 offers a double or twin room upstairs under the eves with a room downstairs which can either be a triple or with a double bed and a single bed.

The detached, single storey Pig Wig offers either a double or twin in one bedroom and either a triple or a double and a single bed in the other.

Four of the en suite rooms are situated in front of Cow Byre 1 and 2 and next to Pig Wig Cottage. The Milking Shed is a family or triple room with space for an additional bed. The Potato Shed is a double room. The Old Dairy and Cart House are double or twin rooms with space for an additional bed. They can interconnect if required. The Farmhouse Room is upstairs in our farmhouse and has a double bed and space for an additional bed.

Two of the three cottages and four of the five en suite rooms are dog friendly although charges and T&Cs apply. There are currently large grassed fields behind us to let the dogs off.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Well behaved and friendly dogs at £20 per pooch per short stay. T&Cs apply.

- **Accessibility:** Al three cottages have at least one ground floor bedroom and bathroom.
Four of the rooms are on the ground floor with two having walk-in showers.
- **Kitchen:** Each of the three cottages has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, electric oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
- **Dining Room:** Each of the three cottages has a table for up to 12, outside seating and a barbecue. Additional tables and chairs can be added for larger numbers.
- **Sitting Room:** Each of the three cottages has a lounge with a television and an log burner.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** All have TVs.
- **Games Room:** Tables tennis, pool table, foosball, board games, garden games. Children's play area and games field.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** The three cottages have log burners as well as radiators. The en suite rooms have radiators.
- **Bedrooms:** A flexible mix meets most requirements. Some zip/link beds.
- **Linen:** Bed linen and towels are provided in the cottages and rooms.
- **Bathrooms:** Cow Byre 1+PigWig have a grd floor bathroom with a shower over a bath.
Cow Byre 2 has a walk in shower.
2 of the en suite rooms have walk-in showers.
- **Children's Facilities:** A travel cot and high chair are available for hire.
Children's play area.
- **Outdoor:** Each cottage has its own patio, furniture and barbecue.
Each en suite room has its own patio.
- **Swimming Pool:** There is a public pool nearby in Bradford-on-Avon.
- **Parking:** Car parking for two cars per cottage and one per room.
- **Smoking:** Non smoking inside the cottages and en suite rooms.
