## About The Property

Beggars Barn sleeps 2-30 guests and is located just outside a little village called Shutford in a beautiful part of Oxfordshire as yet undiscovered by many. There is a local pub within walking distance and stunning country walks and lovely places to visit nearby. With excellent facilities the house is perfect for family reunions, special occasions, corporate stays & holidays:

- Outdoor heated swimming pool, 18 metres long! (mid April to end Sept or by arrangement)

- Outdoor dining: flat plate gas BBQ, fire-pit wood BBQ; large Paella dish (70cm, gas) and internal charcoal BBQ in Arctic Cabin

- Outdoor living – huge sofa suites and dining tables, with external party lighting, outdoor games, table tennis

- Dining area in the kitchen seating up to 22 and the formal dining room seats 16

- Fabulous large 'live-in' Smallbone 'Walnut and Silver' kitchen area and plenty of dining space

- Cinema/Games/Party room (games table: air hockey, table tennis, pool)

- Main House 6 bedrooms, Summer House (self contained) 2 bedrooms, Annexe 2 ensuite bedrooms & extra beds for all

Beggars Barn is fully equipped with luxury items and has been prepared for your stay with Egyptian cotton bed linen, fluffy towels and luxury bathroom toiletries. To ensure you dine in style the kitchen is fully equipped with Villeroy & Boch crockery, cutlery and glassware. The dining table in the open plan kitchen seats up to 22 - trestle tables are available for extra guests. The dining room table seats up to 16.

There is a large games/party/cinema room with a games table, huge screen TV, disco lighting and a bar - multipurpose in every way!

The Main House sleeps 6-18 has 3 en suite bedrooms, 3 further bedrooms, 1 family bathroom, 2 cloakrooms.

Summer House (sleeps 2-6) has a kitchen area with an oven, dishwasher and fridge, 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The Annexe (sleeps 4-10) 2 ensuite bedrooms, main room 2 luxury double sofa beds & bathroom & kitchenette.

Most bedrooms have zip & link beds (Main House and 'The Stables') so can be made up as singles or doubles.
