Tenby has been described as the jewel in Pembrokeshire's crown and this gorgeous Georgian townhouse with a separate guest wing doesn't disappoint. The central location means that everywhere is within walking distance. Amble through lovely cobbled streets to miles of sandy beaches on the coastal path, a pretty harbour and a wide range of restaurants and bars. Tenby has historic attractions such as the Tudor Merchant's House and St Catherine's Fort, both worth a look, or guests can book a boat trip to nearby Caldey Island with its own monastery. There are many places to visit just a few miles out of town including Oakwood Theme Park, Folly Farm Zoo, Heatherton and Manor Parc Wildlife, each providing a high-quality experience for all ages.
Bell Tree House is popular with every kind of group and works well for celebrations and family gatherings. Open plan living in the main part of the house makes for a really sociable space to prepare and enjoy meals together at the large dining table for 12. The hand-built oak kitchen is beautifully designed with thoughtful extras such as a range cooker, wine cooler, 2 sinks and a breakfast bar seating 4. The spacious sitting room with comfy seating for all is a great place to sit back and relax, watch a film, chat or play games. The library with TV is ideal for those wanting a bit of peace and quiet.
The children's adventure play area in the secure garden is a thoughtful addition for letting off steam after a busy day while the grown ups relax savoring a well earned cup of tea or cold beer. The patio, decking, sun loungers and outside dining are accessed though French doors.
The range of accommodation is excellent for multi-generational groups with a mix of kings, superkings and twins, some with ensuite facilities in Bell Tree House and the Guest Wing. It is worth noting that the Guest Wing is accessed by an iron staircase so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Top notch spacious and contemporary bathrooms are spread across 3 floors in Bell Tree and include a ground floor WC and cloakroom.
