Enjoy 13 individually designed en suite bedrooms, including two ground-floor bedrooms and a spacious family suite. Each room features unique decor, luxurious bedding, and flexible sleeping arrangements, ideal for families, friends or corporate groups.

The two properties feature fully equipped open plan kitchens, perfect for casual dining and socialising, and four cosy lounge areas with TVs, log burners and underfloor heating throughout. Guests can gather informally across both spaces or enjoy relaxed dining in smaller groups.

For entertainment, Benty Grange Farm boasts two interlinking games rooms in a beautifully rustic barn, complete with pool tables, dartboards and a bar area - a fantastic shared space for evening fun.

Outside, enjoy spectacular countryside views, spacious lawns, picnic benches, BBQ areas and outdoor seating - perfect for alfresco dining or simply relaxing. The property offers ample private parking and easy access to the Tissington and High Peak trails, with countless walking and cycling routes right from your doorstep.

Just two miles away, you'll find The Royal Oak, our award-winning country pub, offering hearty homemade food and traditional ales. Local highlights include the spa town of Buxton, the charming market towns of Bakewell and Ashbourne, and attractions like Arbour Low, Chatsworth and Alton Towers, all within easy reach.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** We welcome pets but only by prior arrangement. A maximum of 4 dogs accepted over the venue (2 dogs per property).
- **WiFi:** WiFi is available via a satellite operation but due to the rural location this can be intermittent. You are unable to carry out downloads/watch films.
- **Kitchen:** 2 x fully equipped open plan kitchens with central islands.
- **Dining Room:** 2 dining areas, seating 20 and 18 guests separately, however, there is no single formal dining space that accommodate 38 around one large table.
- **Sitting Room:** 2 x separate lounges and 2 x cosy lounge areas in the open plan kitchen/dining areas.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** 2 x 40 inch TVs with full Sky package in the Barn and a 27 inch TV and 59 inch TV in the Farmhouse with full Sky package. Bluetooth stereo.
- **Games Room:** 2 games rooms with pool table and dart boards. Bar area also in the Farmhouse games room. Table football and giant Connect 4 in the Barn games room.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Heating throughout both properties, each property also has 1 log burner and 1 complimentary basket of logs is supplied.
- **Bedrooms:** 13 bedrooms (including 2 ground-floor rooms and a family suite), each with its own en suite. Most rooms can be made up as twins or doubles.
- **Linen:** Linen and towels included.
- **Bathrooms:** 13 luxury en suites across the 2 properties.
- **Children's Facilities:** Child/family friendly accommodation - cots/high chairs available. Spacious properties, there is plenty of space to run around inside and outside.
- **Outdoor:** 2 x lawn areas, 2 x BBQs (please provide your own charcoal) and 2 x outdoor seating areas.
- **Parking:** Ample private parking.
- **Smoking:** Please no smoking/vaping inside the house.
- **Swimming Pool:** There is no swimming pool. The nearest is at Bakewell, 3 miles away.
