Berkhamsted School is nestled in the quiet commuter town of Berkhamsted. With 4 campuses in and around the town centre, we have a range of facilities to cater for a wide spectrum of events, from youth group stays to conferences for large organisations and everything in between. With our perfect location with easy access to the M1 and M25, as well as the station approximately a 5 minute walk away with trains into London in just 30 minutes, we are in a great position to host your event. And the Warner Bros Studio is close by for tours, including all things Harry Potter.

There are two boarding houses:

St John's Boarding House - sleeps up to 36

Incents Boarding House - sleeps up to 50

The bedrooms are in a range of layouts of singles, doubles and triples, with shared and en-suite bathrooms with room plans available to help to accommodate your needs.

Our fully catered offer provides use of the canteen at our Kings site with bespoke flexible catering options on offer and can meet all dietary requirements you may have.

The boarding houses are just a couple of minutes walk from the town centre where there are coffee shops, restaurants and pubs for some down time for your participants.

Booking Information

We offer breakfast only options from £35 per person per night. We recommend our fully catered options which start from £45 per person per night.

Minimum group size is 20 people.

Deposit is 20% of total booking fee

Final payment due 2 weeks before arrival

Check in from 3pm check out at 10.30am from accommodation.

Our accommodation is situated minutes from Berkhamsted high street with trains into London in just 35 minutes as well as easy access to the M1, M25 and M40.

There is a wide range of pubs, restaurants and cafes in Berkhamsted all within easy walking distance of the accommodation.

Berkhamsted Station is a 10 minute walk from the accommodation.
