With 4 campuses in and around the town centre, we have a range of facilities to cater for a wide spectrum of events, from youth group stays to conferences for large organisations and everything in between. With our perfect location with easy access to the M1 and M25, as well as the station approximately a 5 minute walk away with trains into London in just 30 minutes, we are in a great position to host your event. And the Warner Bros Studio is close by for tours, including all things Harry Potter. There are two boarding houses: St John's Boarding House - sleeps up to 36 Incents Boarding House - sleeps up to 50 The bedrooms are in a range of layouts of singles, doubles and triples, with shared and en-suite bathrooms with room plans available to help to accommodate your needs. Our fully catered offer provides use of the canteen at our Kings site with bespoke flexible catering options on offer and can meet all dietary requirements you may have. A small selection of facilities that we have available on our sites are: Swimming pool Sports hall Sports pitches Tennis courts 480 seat theatre Lecture hall with breakout rooms Classrooms Gym Outdoor activity centre With WiFi available across the sites for all customer devices along with a strong AV infrastructure in our spaces, we are able to provide a high quality offering for your event.
