This family friendly glamping site near Cullompton is set on a dairy farm in the heart of the Devon countryside, a wonderful place to get away from it all with friends and family members for a holiday with a difference. Groups are welcome to take the whole site, or smaller groups can take a few tents only.

This is a working farm and guests are welcome to come and experience the milking parlour and learn how an organic dairy farm operates.

There are 6 large glamping tents, 2 sleeping 5 + 1 child and 2 sleeping 9 + 1 child, all set in a field with fantastic views over rolling countryside. A safe site for children to roam freely and enjoy making dens in the woodland. Dogs are welcome here too, although this is a working farm so please keep them under control.

Enjoy a pizza evening when staying here, or cook in your own tent where you will find everything you need - and the honesty shop on site can top up your supplies.

Each tent has a private loo and shower for maximum comfort and cosy wood burning stove for heat and cooking. There's also a dining table, sofa and outside seating area, plus 3 bedrooms with linen and towels supplied.

And at the end of day enjoy a soak in a private hot tub (by separate hire, 2 available) and take in the starry skies in this area of low light pollution.

If you do decide to head off site, Billingsmoor Farm is within easy reach of Exmouth and the coast (north and south) with sandy beaches galore to choose from. There is a riding stables nearby for trekking in the beautiful Devon countryside, and the farm is within 20 miles of both Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks too, for great walking and cycling, and with pretty villages to explore. And Exeter is only a short drive away with everything you would expect from the county town of Devon, including an impressive cathedral.

Dogs are welcome here - up to 2 dogs per canvas hideaway at £25 each.

Hot Tub

2 hot tubs available by separate hire, situated next to two of the 6-person canvas hideaways.

WiFi

No WiFi - this site does not have electricity for an off-grid experience.

Bathrooms

Private hot shower for each tent, with flushing loo inside the canvas hideaways.

Bedrooms

Double, bunk beds and cosy cupboard bed in the 6-person canvas hideaways. The 10-person hideaway has 2 doubles, 2 bunk beds and 1 cupboard bed.

Dining Room

Dining area in each tent, and picnic table outside.

Heating and Open Fires

Wood burning stove in each tent for heating and cooking on.

Kitchen

Each tent has a fully functioning kitchen area. Pizza night also available.

Linen

Bed linen and towels supplied.

Outdoor

The tents are set in a meadow and there's woodland to explore. Each has a picnic table. Farm tours to see dairy cows being milked.

Parking

Parking on site with wheelbarrows to take bags to your tent.

Booking Information

Check in from 4pm, check out by 10am please. 3 night minimum at weekends, 4 nights midweek.

30% deposit to secure booking, with remaining balance due 10 weeks before arrival.

No damage deposit taken.

The following provisions apply to all cancellations:

a. In the event of cancellation more than 10 weeks before the start of the stay, 30% of the rental amount is due with a minimum of £150.

b. In the event of cancellation within 10 weeks before the start of the stay, the full rental amount is due.
