The idyllic 19th century Bindon Country House is nestled within the picturesque English countryside, near the village of Langford Budville and set within beautiful private grounds - the perfect location for you to enjoy your holiday with family or friends. The earliest parts of Bindon Country House date back to the 16th century and throughout you will find beautiful interiors and comfortable bedrooms, decorated in keeping with the house’s heritage and opulent Baroque architecture - perfect for you to enjoy the opportunity to unwind and relax in tranquil, traditional surroundings.

With elegant and spacious communal spaces, you can enjoy the warmth of our welcoming living rooms with their cosy open fires and comfortable seating, or explore the extensive, peaceful grounds, ideal for a restorative walk or woodland adventure with the children. There's also an outdoor pool and infrared sauna, as well as a tennis court for your use. We can also provide a spa service and treatments and a first class catering experience. 

Adjacent to Bindon Country House is a 180 acre nature reserve that is free to explore.

This lovely holiday house near Wellington is on the West Somerset and East Devon border, with beautiful natural rolling landscapes. Nearby Exmoor and Dartmoor have an abundance of wildlife.

With undulating countryside and vibrant towns including Yeovil, Bath and Glastonbury, there are many activities and attractions to discover. Take a trip to Cheddar Gorge, a limestone gorge in the Mendip Hills where the oldest complete human skeleton was discovered, thought to date from 9,000 years ago. Famous as the county of cider and Cheddar cheese, Somerset provides plenty of opportunities to find out about this wonderful county’s rich history and traditions.

At Bindon Country House we offer a variety of beautifully decorated and comfortable rooms for you to enjoy and relax in during your time here. Rooms are double or twin and all benefit from en suite bathroom facilities as well as a flat screen TV and DVD player. The ground floor bedroom offers easy access for less mobile guests, or choose from a further 9 rooms on the first floor and 3 on the second.
