This property is really in a very good location as a business venue. Just off the M62 and close to Manchester, it makes perfect sense to use this recently converted pub as a base for time with the team out of the office. The open plan design and great living areas are not only sociable but conducive to smaller group meetings in breakaway spaces. And for wind down time there’s a lovely balcony to take in the views as well as a hot tub for chilling and wellbeing.

The very spacious entrance hall at Bird ith Hand Manor is a good spot for welcome drinks at the start of your event, followed by a presentation and discussions around the long dining table. The contemporary kitchen is well equipped with high end appliances, ideal for self catering and preparing breakfast. Alternatively, head outside to the balcony for a barbecue if the weather holds. Ask about other catering options.

Lounge areas have lots of comfy leather seating and oodles of space as well as enormous light-giving windows and inspiring countryside views. It’s hard not to be productive and full of new ideas in this house.

Luxury bedrooms are set up as twins, a double and even a 4 poster, many with traditional features and stylish décor to guarantee a good night’s rest.

Sandwiched between the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District, Bird ith Hand is in the right place for accessing walking and cycling with paths and trails straight from the door, and a range of team building activities can be found nearby. Stroll along the canal at the end of a long day and pop into the highly recommended Summit Pub or enjoy supper and a few drinks in Hebden Bridge 20 minutes away.
