Birkhill Castle is a beautiful and romantic wedding venue set within 1500 acres of gorgeous grounds and landscaped gardens near Fife.

Hire the castle on a fully serviced basis complete with all catering and a butler, or opt the self catering option for the weekend and we will take care of catering on the wedding day itself, or you can bring in cateres and other providers of your choice. Take a little time preparing for your important day, and afterwards relax in the company of your closest friends and family.

Choose an outdoor ceremony in the Wild Garden or indoors in the ballroom, then head into the grounds and gardens which offer fabulous photo opportunities. Your celebration can continue in a number of settings, with the ballroom able to hold 50 guests for a seated wedding feast which can be followed by Scottish dancing

And once the celebrations are over, take a brisk walk around the estate, enjoy a game of golf at a world class course or take a bracing dip in the outdoor pool. Organise deerstalking or clay pigeon shooting on the estate or take a wander around the charming fishing villages of Fife’s East Neuk.

Each of the 14 bedrooms offers a luxurious stay for the wedding party and guests.

The Castle can be booked on 2 different packages – Fully catered and serviced or self catered. Both packages are for exclusive use of the entire Castle and immediate surrounding grounds.

Our Fully catered and serviced package includes a royal butler for your entire stay, service staff for all your meals and an award winning fine dining chef. This package also has the added benefit of the Castle Managers acting as booking agents for any activities, transport or experiences you like during your stay.
