Blackway House sleeps 20 in 6 bedrooms (2 on sofa bed), set within beautiful Herefordshire countryside and easily accessed from other parts of the country. A wonderful venue for a get together with large groups of family and friends or can be subdivided for smaller groups.

This period farmhouse has fantastic and substantial grounds (8 acres around house and 8 acres of fields). There is a secure garden, including a huge deck overlooking the countryside, plenty of lawn, woodland, ponds, orchards, period barns (stables and coach house), a veggie garden and hedged field meadows - all of which are fabulous for exploring and playing. The gorgeous surrounding area is perfect for walks, cycling, riding, historical heritage, vineyards and more.

The facilities within the whole house include:
2 kitchens: a large farmhouse kitchen with Aga and huge kitchen table and an amazing brand new kitchen/diner
2 lounges: snug and a large living room, each with TV, one with wood burning stove
4 bathrooms: 1 downstairs, 2 ensuite, Jacuzzi bath upstairs

Half the house can be also rented for smaller groups. Each side takes up to 10, and has a living room and kitchen. Simply ask the owner.
