The Estate offers a luxurious collection of 5 apartments housed within the historic refurbished courtyard as well as a 5* Gate Lodge. Apartments are available to rent together or individually.

Celebrate your special occasion at Blessingbourne, the ideal location for family gatherings, private parties, birthday celebrations, wedding guest accommodation or university and school reunions! Offering a gorgeous collection of apartments perfect for spending time together with loved ones as well as enjoying the luxury of your own private holiday home.

Our historic refurbished Coach House is located within the courtyard beside the main manor house, and offers groups a unique meeting space for dining, wining and dancing. The Coach House has an adjoining kitchen for use by guests or outside caterers, which we are happy to recommend.

Alternatively, groups can choose to dine together in our private outdoor pavilion space, a popular choice for an informal get together and ideal for enjoying a casual barbecue. We can offer groups complimentary use of Weber BBQs and picnic tables to make the most out of their stay with us at Blessingbourne.

Spend quality time together during your stay at Blessingbourne and try your hand at the many things to see and do across our sprawling country estate with the perfect blend of relaxation and activity. Challenge your friends and families to a race around our 13K Mountain Bike Trails, perfect for beginners and more experienced enthusiasts alike!

If a more relaxing country escape is more your style then enjoy exploring our rolling woodland walking trails or meeting the animals on our working farm. Get back to nature and try boating or fishing on our private lough Fadda and take in the stunning views of Blessingbourne manor house from your unique position on the lough.

Facilities

Gate Lodge and Courtyard Apartments have fully fitted modern open plan kitchens. Tea, coffee and sugar provided. Coach House kitchen also available.
The Gate Lodge and Apartments all have a dedicated dining area. We can also accommodate up to 60 people in our historic refurbished Coach House.
Each Courtyard Apartment and the Gate Lodge has its own dedicated open plan lounge area.
Each Courtyard Apartment and the Gate Lodge is fitted with a wide screen TV, DVD player and radio. We have a range of DVDs available for borrowing.
Free WiFi is available in each Apartment and in the Gate Lodge. There is strong mobile reception throughout the Estate. There is no payphone on site.
New games room under construction, with table tennis, mini tennis and lots of toddlers trucks and go carts. We also have a wooden play area on site.
Central heating throughout the apartments by biomass boiler, with oil back up. The Gate Lodge has a wood burning stove for guests to use.
12 bedrooms in total. 1 single, 1 bunk bed, 1 double en suite, 1 triple with dedicated bathroom, 4 double and 4 twin.
All bedlinen and towels are provided for guests in each bedroom. Dedicated laundry room in the centre of the Courtyard which guests can use.
Each apartment has a fully fitted bathroom and our Gate Lodge has one en suite bedroom as well as a bathroom.
Limited disabled access in Apartments. Our Coach House dining area has full disabled access.
We have a wooden play area located beside our Courtyard Apartments, as well as table tennis. Children love our Mountain Bike Trails and exploring.
8k walking trails, 13K MTB trails, meet the animals on our working farm, fishing or boating on private lough and exploring. Picnic tables and BBQs.
No swimming pool on site, but in the summer months our guests often take a swim in our on site private Lough Fadda. There is a pool in Fivemiletown.
Guests can enjoy complimentary private parking in the Courtyard or outside the Gate Lodge. There is also parking available for coaches and buses.
Our Gate Lodge and all of our Courtyard Apartments are non-smoking. However, smoking is permitted outside of the Apartments in the Courtyard area.
At Blessingbourne we welcome anything from a hamster to a horse! All of our Courtyard Apartments are pet friendly and we also have on-site stables.

Blessingbourne is located on the border between Co. Tyrone and Co. Fermanagh just outside of the village of Fivemiletown, the perfect base for exploring North West Ireland and its border counties.
Located just a short 5-10 min walk from the quaint village of Fivemiletown. The village is a haven of boutique shops, offering a unique shopping experience, perfect for indulging in retail therapy.
Fivemiletown houses a well stocked Spar grocery shop as well as several high quality butchers, an arts and crafts shop and several boutique clothing stores.
The village of Fivemiletown has several dining options to suit every taste. With Chinese, Indian and Italian takeaways as well as a bistro style dining available at the Valley Hotel.

All rates are confirmed in booking confirmation.
A £200 security deposit is required on arrival, refundable post housekeeping.
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
