Previously run as a hotel and restaurant by the present owners, having successfully organised house parties and family gatherings, they are now offering Blue Bay Beach House on a self-catering basis. Mawgan Porth is ideally situated 2 miles from Newquay airport, 2 miles from Watergate Bay and Jamie Oliver's 15 Restaurant and 6 miles from Padstow and Rick Steins empire of restaurants and shops. Centrally located in Cornwall making nowhere more than an hour away. Mawgan Porth beach is 400 metres down a private lane ideal for families, with RNLI lifeguards, waterfall, caves, rock pools and sand dunes. With shops offering surf hire and lessons the beach is ideal for surfing, kite surfing and body boarding. 200 metres from the South West Coastal path leading to Carnewas National Trust property, 10 minutes walk, with the magnificent Bedruthan Steps and excellent cafe offering light lunches and ice creams. The beach is dog friendly all year round. - **Accessibility:** Not equipped for disabled guests but 5 bedrooms are located on the ground floor. As a hotel we have accommodated many people with varying disabilities - **WiFi:** Land line available and free internet.
