## About The Property

Overlooking Newquay and breathtaking blue seas, this is a top choice for friends and family holidays in an iconic seaside town. Uber trendy and Cornwall's favourite destination, you can't visit Newquay without heading to one of the 6 beaches for some bucket and spade time or to try out some surfing. Sea views from The Blue Door are stunning and can be enjoyed from one of the terraces or through large picture windows. 2 parking spaces directly outside the house.

Everything Newquay has to offer is within 5 minutes. The Blue Door is ideally located for Newquay attractions such as The Blue Reef Aquarium, Newquay Zoo and Harbour, all within walking distance. The town is full of recommended pubs and bars as well as an impressive choice of good restaurants 2 minutes from the front door. Further afield is the Eden Project (30 minute drive), or Heligan Gardens (45 minute drive); we also have a Wild Spa within a 5 minute walk. If the 6 local beaches don't offer quite enough choice, Mawgan Porth is less than 15 minutes, or take a drive to the charming fishing port of Padstow to stock up on some seafood for supper. Coasteering, surf lessons and SUP boards are all available within 5 minutes too.

The townhouse oozes cool design and decor throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals for everyone to sit down and enjoy at the large dining table inside or on the barbecue terrace outside, where there's also an 8 person hot tub to relax in. On chillier evenings the wood stove creates a very cosy and ambient place to socialise. In 1 bedroom there's a huge 50" TV, also high speed broadband and work spaces if required.

Individual spacious bedrooms are a combination of 5 doubles and 1 bunk room for 6, great for multi generational gatherings where choice is key. Soft furnishings and occasional furniture are tasteful and contemporary, creating special places to settle down after a day of fun. All bedrooms are en suite either with shower rooms or with baths, finished off with contemporary fixtures and fittings.

Surf board storage and wet suit hanging space too.

You will find prosecco, jam, cream + scones waiting on your arrival, a proper Cornish welcome.
