Bolfracks House and Gardens in stunning Highland Perthshire is set in 40 acres of glorious gardens and grounds surrounded by breathtaking views. Offering 7 bedrooms (6 doubles + 1 single) and 6 bathrooms, Bolfracks is a wonderful new addition to Scotland's exclusive use rental market.

The house offers period feature detail such as the wood panelling, antique furnishings and ornate fireplaces which create an atmosphere of luxury and elegance. Modern amenities have been added to ensure that guests have everything they need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, games room and comfortable bedrooms.

The 7 bedrooms are made up of 2 super king double, 1 king, 3 double and 1 single, complimented with 6 bathrooms. From a whisky lounge as you enter the property to the lounge on the first floor with views of the River Tay this is a property which keeps giving round every corner. Further lounge spaces, a TV room and games room are all for your enjoyment for all ages. The dining room with views of the countryside offers a beautiful setting for any dinner and celebration. Our array of private chefs can create a real treat or guests of course are welcome to self cater.

What makes this property so special is the very spacious gardens with an impressive collection of rare and unusual plants. The gardens are an oasis of peace and colour and enjoy spectacular views over the Tay valley. The ornamental garden originates from the mid-18th century, with much of the other gardens dating from the 1970s and created by the late Mr J Douglas Hutchison. Ian Lawrie of Dundee designed and created the stream garden in 1928 following the course of the Bolfracks Burn. The rare and unusual plants include a superb range of rhododendrons, azaleas, acers, old fashioned roses and an array of herbaceous perennials.

For special occasion groups staying at Bolfracks House & Gardens, the beautiful gardens simply complement a wonderful experience. And the grounds also include your own private tennis court.
