Period features including wood panelling, antique furnishings and ornate fireplaces create an atmosphere of timeless luxury, while modern amenities ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Guests can enjoy a variety of living spaces including a first floor lounge with beautiful views across the River Tay; additional sitting rooms, a TV room and a games room ensure plenty of space for all generations. The elegant dining room overlooking the surrounding countryside provides a wonderful setting for memorable dinners and celebrations. Whether self catering or indulging in the services of one of our talented private chefs, every meal becomes a special occasion.

- **Dining Room:** Our elegant dining room is perfect for all occasions and a real treat for a special celebration. Enjoy the facilities of a private chef.

- **Sitting Room:** 4 lovely seating areas in which for all to enjoy provides comfortable and spacious living whilst staying at Bolfracks.

- **Tennis Court:** We offer our very own tennis court for guests to enjoy.

- **Bedrooms:** The 7 bedrooms are made up of 2 super king double, 1 king, 3 double and 1 single. Please ask for our bedroom configuration document.
- **Linen:** All bed linen and towels are provided and if guests wish to book additional housekeeping we can arrange this.
- **Bathrooms:** We offer 6 bathrooms to accompany our 7 bedrooms. Either en suite or accessed from the bedroom corridors.
- **Children's Facilities:** We welcome children of all ages to come and enjoy Bolfracks with an array of fun activities in and around our property for all to enjoy.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Many of our lounge spaces enjoy the warmth of a real and open fire in which to enjoy in those colder months.
