Bonaventure Villa specialises in complete Wedding Packages including all aspects of wedding planning. We also invite the couple for a complimentary pre visit to inspect the villa and to plan a perfect wedding once the villa has been booked.

Near the beach and only 45 minutes to the Acropolis and the Athens night life, yet it is still perfect for smaller groups, or for groups larger than 20 who are looking for a quiet peaceful vacation.

Bonaventure Villa is one of the biggest villa estates in mainland Greece with 3 acres of fully landscaped tropical garden, a large 10x20m swimming pool, over 400 palm trees, 800 Leyland cedars surrounding the estate along the 3m high privacy fence (offering a very private and secure environment), and in the middle of it all is our 1800sqm, 4 storey spacious country villa with a breathtaking panoramic view offering a very comfortable hospitality with all the required amenities. 8 cabanas are set around the pool, each sleeping a further 2 guests.

We provide 20 mountain bikes. The largest cycling park in the Mediterranean is right next door, and we can show you where to go for one of the nicest bike tours in southern Attica.

The estate is located on the outskirts of Anavyssos town in a quiet and peaceful area only 3 minutes from the beach, the marinas and traditional seafood taverns. Anavyssos town centre has shopping, dining, cafés, pubs, banks, post office.

The Villa is 20 minutes drive from Athens Airport and a 10 minute drive along a fabulous seaside scenic route to the famous archaeological site of Cape Sunion, crowned with the ancient temple of Poseidon and the most beautiful sunsets in Greece.

Bonaventure Villa provides an island-like environment but it has a lot more to offer, being only 25 minutes from the most popular seaside suburbs of Athens with endless entertainment. Anavyssos town is a seaside summer holiday resort, so relaxing, so peaceful, where time slows down. The beach offers all kinds of water sports, with boat rental, water skiing, and sailing available for tourists.

We do have provision for disabled guests. we have a separate ground level STUDIO apartment wheel chair accessible with 3 single beds and en suit bath

Kitchen

Kitchen facilities to cook for a large group of up to 100 guests, as well as multiple built-in charcoal barbecues by the poolside.

Dining Room

2 dining areas: A 250sqm living and dining room for 80 guests and a 300 sqm ballroom for 150 guests. Outdoor catering capacity for 1500 guests.

Sitting Room

The living room and ballroom can comfortably accommodate 50 to 100 guests. Brunswick centurion pool table a Kettler pro ping-pong table.

TV and Music Facilities

In the living rooms have large screen TV video wall and stereo DVD. Wireless internet throughout the estate.

Games Room

There is no games room at the Villa, but there are games rooms available in the local pubs.

Central heating throughout the villa, open stone fireplace in the living room.

8 suites with en suite baths, kitchenette. 2 attic suites (each with 2 bedrooms, kitchenette). 4 master and 4 double bedrooms. 8 cabanas. Sofa beds.

Linen

Bedding only once a week; no towels are provided must bring your own.

8 suites each with showerbath. 2 attic suites 2 bathroom. 4 master bedrooms each with bathroom, 4 bedrooms with 2 shared baths 6 WCs + 4 WCs by pool.

10mx20m swimming pool, 8 family parasols. 6mx70m canopy, dining by poolside for 600 guests. Pool barbecue, ping-pong table, some gym facilities.

Stretched marble pool. 3m at the deep end, 90cm at the shallow end. Dual high capacity under ground filtration system.

Parking

The size of the estate allows ample parking for 80 to 100 cars.

Smoking

Smoking is allowed on balconies, terraces and in the garden area only.

Booking Information

Starting from 20 person minimum, and up to 80 persons. For 20 people, price per night is 1600€, and 45€ per each additional person per night, for large groups.
50 to 80 persons please contact the owner for pricing.
Price per person decreases as number of guests increases.
Air con charge applies.
