Comfortably furnished and with original features it offers plenty of space for both socialising and plenty of private areas for relaxing! Sitting room with open fire seating 15 with space for additional seats or benches, dining room for 14 or 20 with extra table, cinema room with projector, karaoke machine, PlayStation 4 and Netflix. Fully equipped kitchen with quartz worktops and integrated appliances. 9 bedrooms sleeping up to 19 guests plus 1 single bed. There are also 2 cottages available sleeping up to 4 each cottage. There's also a cabin which sleeps 2 with private hot tub and fire pit. The outside area is what makes this house truly unique. Not only does it feature 5-acres of private woods and gardens, there is also a heated swimming pool to 28-30C that can be used March - December, a sauna, an 8 seater hot tub, large raised bar and an indoor bar and kitchen. Pool table, dart board and fire pit in the garden and also a large brick BBQ. The cottages each have their own private hot tub so if you book the whole place you can enjoy 4 hot tubs leaving no one out in the cold! With the very best part of the 2000 year old Antonine Wall in the grounds and Rough Castle adjacent this is a very special place to stay.
