Groups staying in The Stables and Bungalow can opt for self catering, with dining facilities available for a group of up to 22. Full board catering is provided in the other accommodation options, with healthy homemade food provided and with seating for up to 70 people.
Borwick Hall is a unique facility offering accommodation across a traditional 15th century Elizabethan Manor House with a restored stable block and modern buildings, surrounded by 11 acres of formal grounds and woodland to experience the outdoors.
Located just 2 miles from junction 35 on the M6, Borwick Hall is within easy reach of both the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks. The centre runs alongside the Lancaster Canal giving direct access to the water. Such provisions allow for an extensive range of activities, from on-site activities including a low and high ropes course, canoeing and kayaking, to off-site activities such as hill walking, ghyll scrambling and caving.
Our tutors and instructional staff are high qualified with national qualification in the outdoors.
