Set in 30 acres of wildflower meadows, woodlands and farmland, Bosinver offers a chance to slow down and enjoy a truly relaxing Cornish escape.

Our 20 luxury self-catering cottages are individually designed, each with its own stylish interiors. For larger families and multi-generational groups, we have four spacious cottages that sleep between 8- 12 guests, with generous living and dining spaces for everyone to come together for meals, games and relaxing evenings.  

 The Farmhouse- sleeps 12 across 6 bedrooms, combines the character of a traditional Cornish farmhouse with luxurious contemporary interiors, a spacious 30ft lounge, a private hot tub and is dog-friendly
 Lowen- our unique eco-house and a real showstopper. Sleeping 8, it combines beautiful natural materials, a log burner, stylish interiors, gorgeous views of our fields where the ponies graze and a private hot tub. Lowen is also powered by renewable energy and has accessible ground-floor bedrooms and a walk-in shower
 Jack's Barn- a characterful former farm building sleeping 8, with a warm, homely feel, 4 bedrooms, a private enclosed garden and an undercover hot tub. It is also dog-friendly, making it ideal for families who don't want to leave anyone at home!
 Laburnum- sleeps 8 and offers spectacular views across the valley, a spacious living area, 4 bedrooms and a beautiful sunny patio.The ground floor bedrooms and accessible facilities make it a great option for multi-generational stays

The holiday doesn't stop at the front door to your cottage; all our activities and facilities are included too! Enjoy our heated indoor swimming pool. Daily animal feeding and egg collecting with Farmer Dave, pony rides with Crystal and Ginger, Wild Kids forest school sessions, 24-hour soft play barn, outdoor play areas, including a zip wire, tree swings, slides, sand pit and much more. Discover our woodland trails and fishing lake, gym, tennis/pickleball court, games room and sauna.

Dogs are not allowed during school holidays or Whitsun week.

## Booking Information

- We have lots of combinations of cottages we can accommodate you in, so give us a call to discuss or send us an email enquiry from this page.
- 
- In high season, July and August and all school holidays, stays are for a minimum of a week’s stay, commencing on either Friday or Saturday, dependent on cottage
- From mid-September to mid-June short breaks of 3 nights or more are also available and can start on any day of the week (except Sundays)
- If only a 2 night stay is required, the price will be the same as a 3 night stay but you can check out at anytime on the day of departure (rather than the usual 10am)
- Christmas – our standard 7 nights breaks run from 22nd to 29th December but with our 10 nights for the price of 7 you can enjoy a stay from 19th to 29th December at no extra cost!
- New Year – minimum stay of 3 nights starting from 29th or 30th December
- Nearer the time, short breaks may also become available over Christmas, please call us to discuss availability
- No dogs are permitted during Whitsun/summer school holidays (no puppies under 1 year at any time)

Tucked away in a peaceful, sheltered valley just outside St Austell, Bosinver Farm Cottages feels wonderfully rural and secluded – yet you’re surprisingly close to some of Cornwall’s best-loved beaches, attractions and towns. Bosinver is actually just off the A390, around 3 miles from St Austell, making it an easy base for exploring Cornwall. The local village of Polgooth is just a short stroll away, with the friendly Polgooth Inn around a 10-minute walk from the farm.

Cornwall’s best bits are close by – you won’t have to spend your holiday travelling for hours in the car. Some of Cornwall’s favourite family days out are right on the doorstep:

Lost Gardens of Heligan – around 15 minutes
Eden Project – around 15–20 minutes
Charlestown – around 10–15 minutes
Mevagissey – around 10–15 minutes
Pentewan Beach – around 10–15 minutes

St Austell – around 5–10 minutes
South West Coast Path and Roseland Peninsular – within easy reach

Easy to get to – Bosinver is ideally positioned for exploring Cornwall without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

We’re just off the A390, which links St Austell and Truro, and the A30 is easily reached for journeys further afield. If you’re arriving by train, St Austell railway station and bus station are around 3 miles away, while Newquay Airport is approximately 20 miles away.

So whether you fancy a morning on the beach, an afternoon exploring a Cornish attraction or simply staying put and enjoying everything here at Bosinver, you’re in a pretty special spot.

Cornwall is all around you – but you may find you don’t want to leave Bosinver at all!
